The issues didn't stop there. This happened on a Friday. I was told my car would be ready before 4:00 PM, but around 4:30 PM I only received a last-minute text update. I arrived at approximately 5:09 PM, and the shop was already closed. There was no one available, no way to speak to anyone, and no reliable way to get updates or access my vehicle. Because of the timing and the fact that it was already Friday evening, my car would have been stuck there all weekend until Monday, which directly affected my work schedule. I had to go out of my way to find and contact the owner myself just to avoid being left without my vehicle for multiple days. This is hands down the shadiest, most dishonest piece-of-sh*t operation I have ever had the absolute displeasure of dealing with. They spent two solid months aggressively overcharging my account after my contract was 100% paid off months prior and then had the sheer, unmitigated audacity to threaten to come repossess tires that were literally mine and fully paid for(your tech is lucky he hasn't been met with a shotty in someone's driveway yet..) When I shoved the literal receipts and bank statements in their faces and caught them red-handed in broad daylight, they suddenly choked on their words and "conveniently" claimed it was just a "mistake" because my contract "was actually paid off all along." Oh, right--a convenient little clerical "mistake" to try and steal extra cash from people who actually pay their bills. As if theft and intimidation weren't enough, they also forced monthly fees down my throat for services I couldn't even use and then acted oblivious when I mentioned it, like their garbage "lifetime alignment," even though I explicitly denied it because my car is lowered and stanced with heavy negative camber, making a standard alignment physically impossible to begin with.
