I went in yesterday and was "greeted" by an associate with no more than a grunt and a "what do you want" look on his face. It's a Mercedes, so the battery is actually under the rear seat. He said he wasn't going to go looking for it, I asked him to check via the charging points. He did, quickly said it's bad, and I'm not changing it. Walked back in the store and that was that.
