My plea offer dropped one felony and one misdemeanor as I would be charged one felony and one misdemeanor. Upon arriving in court I learned that the sentence I agreed to was illegal Mr. Koon persuaded me take a plea that was beyond sentencing guidelines. He never even reviewed the plea nor negotiated anything the paperwork proves this. I was then sentenced to an additional felony and a maximum sentence. Worst mistake hiring this attorney his negligence will cost me the rest of my life.

He is the worst attorney I've ever encountered. I hired him for a divorce which took a year to…read morefinally get to court (only after me demanding the divorce), and I ended up doing all of the testifying myself with no support from him. In front of the Judge he didn't even know anything about my case. In Florida a uncontested divorce is supposed to be an even split 50/50 between spouses. My ex and I owned property worth more than 50k and I ended up getting 4k for my half with ron peacock not defending or saying anything in my behalf in court. I ended up with no home on a VA disability or $190 dollars a month income and at the end of the hearing he asked the Judge if they were still playing golf Saturday. Do not hire this attorney for anything.
