Worst customer service ever! A very select one or two employees that actually care about their job and the daily customers. What makes it irritating and very frustrating is it's the owner's that have the constant rude and totally inappropriate attitudes. I wouldn't write this review If I wasn't in there and experienced it under a dozen times. Not to mention personally knowing the hard workers that worked there 20 years+ (before the original owner's sold it) and was forced to quit due to Charma Taylor lowering and lowering their hours taking away the job titles and positions that resulted in over a decade of experience and accomplishments. As a former worker of hers I can say from experience she put down and belittled every single one of us.
Miss Taylor sadly runs and works at 2 of the locations and manages to ruin the vibes and all that the store is supposed to be about. This lady will not only make you feel like you're wasting you're time due to the lack of knowledge and care she has for what you came in for but most importantly you're an inconvenience to her and you know it and can feel it. She would totally rather be doing something better with her time and she's better than the store and all that's around her.
No customer service experience what's so ever, it's so irritating! This store used to be a Ma & Pal store with such loving, kind and family oriented people and now it's sadly been taken over by people who are only doing it for the money. A warm welcoming environment has now a cold bitter uninviting place that I and many other people in this town will never return too.
Not to mention the Slim Jim's I purchased from there were over 9 months old and I wasn't even granted a refund or given an apology! read more
