Every time I visit Walmart I don't have any issues finding whatever I need and I'm usually in and out fairly quickly so I can't complain.

Since when can't you exchange an item for the same one a day and a half later at 6am???!!! This store is an absolute joke.

am writing to share feedback regarding a recent return experience at the Marshall's New Albany,…read moreOhio location, which was far more difficult and unpleasant than it needed to be due to the behavior of a cashier. I was returning two sweaters purchased online--one size large and one size medium. The large did not fit, and the medium was damaged (a button was missing). Both items were brand new, still had the original brand tags attached, and I had the receipt available electronically on my phone. Initially, I did not have my phone with me inside the store. Although the cashier was able to locate my receipt in the system, she stated she needed to see the receipt on my phone because it contained "pictures." I understood this requirement since the items were purchased online and did not have Marshall's tags. However, I was then incorrectly told that without the original plastic bags the sweaters shipped in, the items could not be returned. This was confusing and frustrating, especially since I had proof of purchase and the items were new with tags. When I asked what I was supposed to do, the cashier responded, "Honestly, I don't know what to tell you," which came across as dismissive and unhelpful. I ultimately went back to my car to retrieve my phone, after being told I would need to get back in line. After returning to the line, I unfortunately ended up with the same cashier, Kayla. I provided my phone showing the receipt, photos, and matching item numbers. At that point, the return was processed--but it was issued as a gift card. When I asked why, since I had the receipt, I was told it was because I paid via PayPal. When I asked where that policy was stated, Kayla said she did not know. To avoid having funds tied up on a gift card, I asked if I could return the items I had just purchased (over $100), then repurchase them using the store credit. She confirmed that I could, but questioned why I would want to do that. After retrieving the items from my car again, I returned to the store. At that point, I overheard Kayla discussing my situation with another employee in a clearly negative manner. When I approached, she stated she was no longer open, despite audibly talking about me moments before. Another cashier assisted me, completed the return and repurchase efficiently, and the transaction was resolved. While the situation was ultimately fixed, it required multiple trips to my car, unnecessary confusion, and enduring rude and unprofessional behavior. The issue itself was not the policy or the process--it was the attitude. Talking negatively about a customer within earshot, being dismissive, and making the customer feel like a problem was completely unnecessary, especially during a relatively slow time in the store. I understand policies must be followed, and I was more than willing to do what was needed to resolve the situation. However, courtesy and professionalism should still be the standard. This experience did not reflect that. I hope this feedback is used to improve customer interactions moving forward.

Holy wow. I've never been to this Marshall's'/HomeGoods mega store, but I will be back. My friend…read moreand I were both starting new jobs, so we stopped in to look for some office clothes, and we scored pretty big (note that we are both more in the business casual realm). We were in here for 3 hours! Clean, well lit, LOTS of merchandise. The seasonal section was huge. I never even made it to beauty or shoes, but they looked like decent sized areas. Anyway, if you're a Maxxinista, this location is the real deal!

Foster's is great. They have been very good to me. This…read moreis a great place to get your medicine or anything else you may need.

This place is the absolute worst Pharmacy in town. I have never had an issue with any pharmacy,…read morerite aid shut down so I chose to support small businesses and went to my local pharmacy. I have always heard great things about Fosters. I have been getting my meds there since a week before rite aid shut down. I have have not had a problem till this month I had my last prescription filled at the end of September, I get a text on the 15th of October urging me to ask my doctor to send in prescriptions. Of course I am not going to do that one of my meds is highly controlled and i haven't gone througha full month yet, so yeah, I know better. I hadn't even had my dr appt yet so I nothing should have been sent in until then. I get a nother text two days before my aapt saying my perscriptions have been filled... what???? That should have never happened. I picked it up after my appt. A couple of days later. When i picked it up, i noticed two of my prescriptions only had 28 pills, my doctor sent in the script for 30. When i called i was told my Insurance rejected it. I said no that cant be right i have alwas gotten 30. I called my prescription refill line at my drs. They said they had sent it in for 30 and my Insurance company told me they never rejected any of my perscriptions. Now i am mad. I go in there to tell them what was going on, obviously not happy, but willing to talk hear an apology.. something... i got nothing. It was ridiculous i had told the guy i spoke with that the person i talked to about the pills said my Insurance rejected it. He said no it was never rejected. I said ok. I asked why they wanted to fill my scripts 15 days early.. he said oh yeah that sounds right we do ask for that.... i asked why?? If you look at my acct you can see they were just filled. Then gave me some bullshit story about how they do that because people forget to call in so we just do it for them... LOL WTF???? This is not the pharmacys job. Their job is to fill the prescription as the doctor sends it in, not filling it when and how it is convenient for them. While expressing that I feel like I cant trust my medication being here and i feel like i am being lied to, he cut me off and said "You weren't lied to" I was at a loss for words. I could not believe what i was hearing. I reminded him that he just saw that my prescription was not rejected by Insurance after i was told it was.... all calls are on recording so all he has to do is go back and listen to the conversation. After this the other pharmacist comes around and saw that i was on auto fill, he said just take her off autofill... I was shocked. I never requested to be on auto fill and i was never asked if i wanted to be on autofill. They just put me on there. I firmly said I do not consent to that. I call in my scripts when I need them, end of story. when I walked out the door, I said I will pick up anything I have left but after that I am never coming back. I get a text the day after saying i had something ready. My boyfriend goes there to pick it up, he comes back, mad, and says they didnt have anything for me, he told them i got a tex and she said they never sent one. I call and read the text, they sent, verbatim. I was told well you said you didnt t anything and it was returned to stock. This place is a joke. They do not care about the community and do not have an ounce of integrity. Fosters is not trustworthy, they do not own up to their mistakes, the gaslighting is real and when you show them in black and white what they are telling you, they some how deffer the blame back to you, the customer is the scape goat. The narcissisim is real. They will gaslight you and lie to you and not bat an eye, and the whole staff is like this, it is not just one of them, it is all of them. The most insane experience I have ever had. Licenses need stripped and this place needs to be shut down. This place is insane.
