I have worked…read morewith this store in the past for catering and had a good experience so I thought I'd go with them again. Apparently there is only one person who handles catering here. Despite this person leaving me a voicemail telling me they would be there on a specific day (today) they were not there. A woman behind the counter called me a liar and said that no message was left saying the person would be there today. I have a screenshot of the message. She then starts yelling at me that they don't do the type of event I'm asking about. I tell her they have in the past, but why wasn't that relayed to me when I came in a few days ago, or in the message left? She is yelling telling me I should have called back, I guess instead of just coming in? She then goes to the back I guess because she's so angry??? I have never been treated so poorly at a business for no reason. I'm there literally trying to have this business cater a party. The manager "Dan" comes and doesn't apologize to me. He doesn't even acknowledge the way I was treated. He just says he'll talk to the employee. They acted like I did something wrong. I will not be returning to this business nor would I recommend them for anything. Who yells and embarrasses their customers in front of a store full of people over a catering inquiry?

They have pizza by the slice and Panera to go, too. Bring back the much-loved Tomato Tortellini (known as tomato tort by its fans) soup!!!!

I'll admit my disability isn't the most visible and to most I don't look like I need a mobility aid but despite this no one deserves to be shot dirty looks by both staff and other customers because I "don't look disabled". One staff member approached me and told me there are other people "who actually need the scooters" and would not let me get a word out to explain myself. This is extremely ignorant of the employee and embarrassing for me to be degraded in-front of random people.
