Customer be aware work at best is minimal to poor! I live in California was recommended by someone else sent serval different pictures wanted a general maintenance clean up of the back yard. And later added the clean up of the front yard. Was given what I thought was a fair quote of $420.00. Gave the ok after the initial clean pictures were sent to me. Was not happy with the trimming & shaping of a tree. They only trimmed and shaped the areas the could reach so not much higher then 5 Ft. I told them exactly that they only did what was in arms reach the worker told me yes that was correct and if I had an issue contact the boss. (Drew) he then said it was a miscommunication and they don't trim trees and it not recommended to do so in the midst of summer. But will only do what they can reach. Beware if it's out of there reach it will not be trimmed or shaped You will be left with an unfinished job!! Very disappointed and now looking for someone to finish the job.. read more

We could not be happier with the work that Bullseye did for us. We recently purchased a property that has a tremendous amount of landscaping. During the contract negotiation time, the property accumulated weeds and the HOA reached out to us and said we needed to take care of them. I reached out to Bullseye and Andrew was in touch with us within hours setting up an appointment to come out and give us an estimate. He taught us a lot about our property, gave us recommendations for things that might be trouble in the future (bad decisions on certain plants that won't thrive well in our climate), etc. We received an extremely reasonable quote the next day and setup time with the folks from Bullseye to come out a couple of days later. The folks show up on-site exactly on time and walked us through even some further recommendations for things we should address. We walked the property and described some additional observations we had made with the property since our estimate and they gave us some more recommendations for things that we should remove if we didn't want leaves in our pool (some honeysuckle bushes that while beautiful just were way to close and dropping leaves by the minute). When they were all done we really could see the true beauty of our yard and are so happy with the end result. We are going to continue contracting with Bullseye for our regular maintenance and feel well-taken care with the landscaping being one less thing we need to worry about in our new home. read more

First off, I want to thank our landscaping guys for catching a gas leak. They noticed bubbles coming up from one of the pipes when water poured over it. We called Southwest Gas, and when the tech came out, he confirmed it was indeed a small gas leak. We would have never ever known! There are so many policies and regulations living in an HOA community. Everything has to look a certain/same way. Hiring Bullseye was the best decision for our family. After getting a few quotes for a yard cleanup and tree trimming, I decided to go with this company. Drew was very professional and easy to work with. His team did a PHENOMENAL job with my yard. Part of me regrets not taking photos before the service to compare, because everything just looked so much better afterward. All leaves and debris were removed from my front yard, my bushes and hedges were trimmed, and the lower branches of my trees were removed. The biggest change was definitely to my jungle of a backyard. I had a tree that was growing out of control (had branches growing into the side of my house and onto the roof). After the service was done, I couldn't get over how much more space it looked like I had. Would like to mention this was all said and done within a reasonable price range to me. Before reading, mind you I paid over $1600 for this! After getting quotes from multiple companies I decided to hire Bullseye. Drew came to my home & walked the property where we went over details, he took some pics & measurements, & contacted me later with a quote.. The work needed was to add rock to some areas, fix a backflow pipe, remove old fencing, clean out a side yard, trim a palm, & add sod to an area for my dogs. He explained the irrigation issues that would need to be addressed, & also talked me into redoing the rock in the back which I had no previous intentions to do but he said it's ordered by the ton & may as well place new rock, we scheduled the job. The Day before the job Drew contacted me again and asked if I wanted to add the weed block material under the rock which would be an additional $200 I said yes. The day of the job Drew was not there so I went over everything with the head guy, he immediately talked me out of laying sod in one area, even said at one point "wow this is going to be a project for me." I thought it was odd being it would be probably more expensive of a job for them.. They started the project. I am not a landscaper, however I know that before laying rock & weed block material generally you would clear out that area, level it & lay the weed blocker & pin or staple it down. Not only was it not leveled out, or tacked down in any way, but they literally put all of that on the existing rock! One corner of my yard I can stand even with my block wall being piled so high. See pics of the material already coming up & the weeds sticking out the edges! Also they missed a bunch of spots with the weed killing spray, I already have green coming in a week later! They didn't even finish the job! The head guy said they would have to order more rock & come back to finish they didn't have enough rock - maybe because they piled it so high! As he was leaving tells me I will also need a new timer, another $175 extra cost added to original estimate! Now the main area I wanted rocked is not even touched! Here's where everything gets WORSE-- I reached out to Drew to ask about the blocking material not being tacked down & the old rock was never removed, he tells me that is a complete different job to remove old rock. Tells me he will email the new 2nd quote for the sod area (the original quote was only rock) in the email he now wants to CHARGE ME for hauling away the old wood & fencing during the job. THIS WAS NEVER MENTIONED AS AN EXTRA COST! I told him word for word "everything you see here is trash" & he quote me for "yard clean up" WHY would I pay extra to take something away after it's already gone & no one told me! I STILL have to find another company to come finish the job, hopefully find the matching rock!!!! I was not going to post a review, but after telling you I am not paying extra I expected maybe you to say we are going to fix this! Or please let us finish the job at a discount SOMETHING! Not just "sorry for the mix up, we'll do better next time" well I just paid you $1600 & you have not offered to fix or finish the job once so that is the reason for my 1 star review! After finding more material sticking out & the weeds already going back you do not deserve a 5 star rating! Now I'm waiting for new estimates & still have dirt in the main areas of my yard!!!! See pictures of emails, & yard! Not once was fixing the job or finding a way to make it work offered. I've been running businesses in the valley for over 16 years now, there is ALWAYS a way to make something right! Even now ! Try fixing a complaint before thanking a customer for their business!!!!!!!
