I initially gave AAA Landscaping 5 stars because their first visit seemed great, and they did fix some issues with my yard. However, after returning from vacation, my backyard was completely flooded. I contacted them, and they told me my valve needed replacement--but I later found out, from another company, that it's all coming from one valve and not a second leak as they claimed. When I messaged them about this, the owner had the audacity to say I could just fix it myself. Now they're trying to charge me nearly $500 to fix something that I believe was a result of their original work. I no longer trust them, and I would not recommend their services. read more

I've had a lot of work done with AAA Landscaping and every time the team comes by it's always a pleasant experience. Marshall and his crew are very professional, respectful, and most importantly... great people. They are honest hard workers with a passion for what they do. The team completed my entire yard, from over 60 plants/shrubs planted, a whole underground irrigation system to a massive 2,000sq ft astroturf putting green and more. There is never a worry of them not getting the job done, they work hard and get it done right. Prices are very reasonable. These people don't keep their word. I had them to come out to do two price quotes: 1. To cut a tree into a spiral design. 2. How much it cost to be my regular lawn person to cut and trim by mushes when needed? The guy came out, and we agreed that since it's triple digits weather and the tree would look ugly when he first cut it, it's best we do it when the weather is cooler. Then he gave me a $110 quote to be my regular lawn guy and trim the little bushes I have in my front lawn. It's important to note that when he came out, the bushes were already trimmed a week prior to his arrival. Now that the weather is cooler and I contact them, and want the basic trim of my bushes, they stated that was only a 30 day quote and they will have to charge me 25% more! wtf! That quote was a quote if i hire him to be my regular lawn guy, not a 30 day price. Las Vegas is so full of businesses trying to inflate prices and con & scam for more ones, beware people! read more

Pavers looked great. Replacing an irrigation line was included in the price. It's now leaked and patched up twice. This time again, leaking from the line under the new pavers. I reached out/texted with pictures and got a ride response The guy that does hardly any work at all, came to the house unannounced while I was on an important call. He was very rude and loud enough for the neighbors to hear. He said Angel said it's something else and not their problem. Told me to call Angel. I called left a message about the awkward uncomfortable interaction...no response besides. Auto generated text "I can't talk right now". I texted no response. I called no response. He's ghosted us. I got a bid to properly repair. $500 to pull up the pavers and fix everything. Looking over reviews here and on Google, getting blown off is common. If you take time to look at the lower graded reviews you'll see that commutation or plain silence is their way of handling customers. From what I've read miscommunication of prices and job details are an issue. The original conversation/bid we agreed on included replacement. I would have never hired them to do the job if it wasn't going to be done. I would give one star but the guy who did most of the heavy work and most of the pavers did a good job. Our family is full of contractors, handyman, ect. I don't like writing a review like this but people looking to hire a contractor need to know what they could be getting into. It's not worth it. Keep looking. I was a superintendent for residential construction. I've hired a lot of contractors for specific projects and never have had an experience like I've had with AAA landscaping. Received a proposal in March but couldn't start until HOA approval. Replaced deteriorating rocks, swapped out scrawny bushes/trees with a balanced look. Had Angel's team back to take care of the backyard and they did a terrific job with leaf/debris clean up, bush trimming, and repair of a leaking sprinkler line. Quick response and were able to get on site within 48hrs. I wasn't able to be home during the day but they got the job done and locked up the gate behind them and left the yard and my patio area looking great. We used AAA Landscaping back in July, 2020. We required plats trimming, water sprinklers adjustment, some rocks landscaping. We had beautiful climbing vines that covered the patio wall and the ceiling. We had it green and taken care fir years. We talked to Angel, he was super nice and came to see the job the next few days after we requested a quote. But, the main issue is the job was performed by his workers (no idea how experienced they were), he just takes your money and sends his workers over. Anyways, the mai problem is that our vibes started drying badly after the job was done. I contacted then again and Angel sent his workers in October to clean up the dry vines. He mentioned that was the issue, the vines need to be cleaned. Ok, now it's March 2021 and our vines are almost completely dead, dried all the way from the roots(see pictures). It took us years to grow this beautiful vines and they were destroyed by AAA Landscaping. Angel said this is a fungus problem and told us to go to Green Star nursery. Lol. The leaves never had dried spots on them to be a fungus issue. That was our experience with this landscaping company. read more

We had Angel, his crew, and AAA come out for a consultation early January, right after new years. We were impressed by how much Angel listened to us and our vision for our front yard remodel. He also had some ideas of his own which got us excited. We waited for an estimate and basic drawing before we decided, as we were on a budget and met with a couple of companies to get basic estimates. 1. The drawing and estimate came back sooner than all the other companies. 2. The drawing was EXACTLY what I wanted/described, but even prettier, which made us feel so confident in their ability to really listen to what the customers wanted (another company gave us a drawing that was horribly off and their estimate was over AAA's by 10k!). 3. Everything went so smoothly from there. He helped us with the HOA paperwork and made sure we had everything we needed. 4. The office staff and Angel were SO responsive, communicative, and efficient. 5. Now to the actual work. WOW. We were so impressed every step of the way. They were here every morning Monday-Friday on time and ready to go. The crew (and often Angel) would check in with us about the plan for the day and if they needed anything from us, but honestly they were pretty much self-sufficient and it was barely any work for me (which is good because I was in and out of the house all day). 6. Their subs for concrete were awesome. 7. Seriously no issues and every time we annoyed them (I added last minute transformer, lights, gates, new plant requests, etc), they were so cool about everything. Efficient. Communicative. Responsive. We called them up in October to get a paved front path, lighting, and a planter box put in our front yard along with general clean up and to help with some weed grass that we lost the battle against. Hire these guys! My wife and I had just purchased a home in Green Valley...we called Angel for an estimate on a simple backyard patio replacement from concrete to pavers... we discovered that the patio concrete was much thicker than expected. Angel and his team took the time to do it right and although we considered multiple options other than pavers he came up with a solution to use thinner pavers while achieving the look we wanted. We were so impressed with their work, we ended up doing a larger area of the backyard with pavers to give it a cleaner look around the pool. We also ended up removing some plants and laying pavers in the front entry way to the house. He also helped with shrub, dirt/gravel removal that had built up around our pool equipment and other areas. He also helped replace old irrigation line and relocated an irrigation box in the front yard to a better spot. We are planning on hiring Angel and his team to replace our backyard grass to turf for our next project. We are renting a house in Henderson and the landlord stopped taking care of the landscaping without notice and the lawn got out of control and we got the dreaded message from the HOA. We have had a terrible experience with AAA. If you want to pay premium prices for half-ass services, then go with AAA. Otherwise I would look elsewhere. Make sure you keep proper accounting of your service. They will try to slide extra months and fees into your bills. Pray that nothing ever goes wrong, if something does and you contact Andrew the owner he will never get back to you, even with relentless follow up. Had my front yard converted from grass to desert landscaping less than a year ago. They installed plants and and irrigation for front and back yards. Did a great job. Had to come out 3 times because someone kept switching off our irrigation system (complicated family dynamics). Each time Angel was super patient in showing me how to properly set the time. This last time, I actually recorded his instructions on my phone to save the poor man another trip. What an amazing experience with Angel, Emily, Marshall and Angel's brother. I had a project that costed less than $5k and one point that I should really address is that they were very flexible with pricing and the whole invoice. Project: - Removal of 8 tons of rock - Redoing plant watering system - Straightening a retaining wall - Installing/Leveling 13 tons of Decomposed Granite (DG) - Installing a 12x4 wooden post for string lights All in all, the whole project took about 2 weeks (there was a delay because there wasn't enough DG ordered at first). I'm very happy with the quality of the work, my backyard looks nearly perfect now. Learning lessons: - Some things like caliche/neighboring walls that have concrete bases may change how your project will turn out, so try to be flexible yourself. - If you have an uneven backyard, err on the side of caution and order a bit more DG (our order was 8+5 tons) read more

I have olive trees and a new puppy. I did not want them producing fruit. I requested info from several tree service companies. I got quotes from 3 different companies. 2 companies sent guys out to look at my job and answer questions and give me a price for the job. One company just wanted pictures. That was a nope for me. You can't take the time to stop by I don't need to waste my time on you. Angel showed up when he said he would. Was prompt when answering texts or phone calls. Had a very competitive price and very knowledgeable about my concerns. Meanwhile I had a lot of thick foliage and that put a lot of strain on the branches. We just bought this house and I don't think previous owner had them serviced in awhile.
