The lineups are generally long, probably due to their free gift-wrapping. Of course I love that they offer that but I had to wait an extra 30 minutes for wrapping. They honestly need more staff. The Manager looked like she was trying really hard to keep it together but she let out aloud groan at one point. I was there for a "sale" today but my friend found the same items they sell cheaper on Amazon. All-in-all, a cool store but pricey and understaffed. Oh and the Christmas music today - SO LOUD AND ANNOYING. One high-pitched rendition of Silent Night and later Alvin and the Chipmunks Christmas. It's November 18th. No. Just no.

It's become our go-to spot. But today, I want to give a special shoutout to Gretchen, one of the cashiers. Hands down, she provides the best customer service in Whatcom County -- no exaggeration. She could strike up a conversation with a brick wall and walk away best friends with it. She always has the kindest, warmest things to say, and makes every trip to the store feel like a bright spot in the day. Attention, management: You have a shining star in your midst! Gretchen truly embodies excellent customer service, and she makes this Tractor Supply location feel like a small-town gem. We appreciate her so much!
