Do I have anything nice to say about Trayvax? No! This company has terrible quality and customer…read moreservice. Three weeks back, I ordered a Nylon Link Lanyard. I was pretty excited about this, as I like the design. With expedited shipping and product pricing, it came out to about $70. I thought this was a bit too expensive but I pulled the trigger anyway. After five days of waiting, the package was finally delivered. When I opened it, it was the wrong item. I thought, mistakes do happen and they'll fix it. I messaged them and got the generic scripted response. They told me to submit a return and order a new one. What they want you to do is submit a second payment for the replacement. That means they have two payments and we have nothing. I spent an hour arguing with someone over email. Keep this in mind, they don't have a number you can call, it's all through email. I argued and argued with them. They made the mistake, I shouldn't have to suffer for their mistakes. Finally they decide to send me a replacement without a second payment. Now I have to wait another week to get the replacement. I open the replacement up, the product was damaged. It may have even been used. The nylon was burnt and the metal all scratched up. It looked like someone's damaged return. Highly annoyed this time, I contact Trayvax again and get the same canned response. They expected me to make a second payment again, seemingly forgetting about the previous conversation. So I again have to submit a return. Meanwhile, I have to drive these to have them ship out. Finally after twenty four hours, they submit a new order. What do I find, they choose the slowest shipping available. It's just a kick in the face. It seems they truly don't care about their customers or making things right. For such a small company, they really have poor business practices. Terrible quality control. They made me feel unimportant. I would recommend not doing business with them, I know I won't be anymore. This is coming from someone who's had many of their products over the years. Sad!

When my left arch started aching after a five mile run, I knew I needed more support. My arches…read morealmost completely collapse and I overpronate. The arches in your feet are designed to collapse and provide shock absorption. This is called normal pronation. If your arches collapse so much that your feet roll inward, this is overpronation. For me, both my feet overpronate but my left foot rolls in more than the right. I also have plantar fasciitis. This is an inflammation of the plantar fascia, a thin layer of tough tissue supporting the arch of the foot. Because of my plantar fasciitis, activities like ice skating or rollerblading are very painful for me. I also prefer to run on hard, even ground - running on soft surfaces like grass or sand are much more painful for me. I wear stability shoes and they served me well for shorter distances but I need more support for the longer runs. The green Superfeet insoles gave me the extra support I needed to increase my mileage. At first, I thought they were too stiff but my feet seem to respond really well them. Because I have a demanding training schedule right now, I didn't have much time to break them in so I wore them out to dinner and to work and I was able to run a few miles the next day. I was concerned I needed more time for my feet to get accustomed to them but that wasn't the case. When I went to the orthopedic surgeon who specializes in sports medicine he told me he always tells his patients to try a pair of Superfeet before investing in expensive orthotics. I wish my podiatrist had done the same. I spent a lot of money on my custom orthotics and I ended up throwing them away.
