My car, 2005 Lexus RX330, was hit while in a parking lot, no note left. There was a pretty large dent and many scratches. We keep our cars nice so it was no question I was going to get it fixed, I had no idea what to expect for a quote. Had extensive road rash on the front end of 911 Turbo, that even got through some of the PPF, and my car was in and out of the shop in 3 days as promised. Kenny went over my car with a fine tooth comb and even addressed a few areas that I hadn't noticed. I am so impressed. I got into a minor accident on Saturday. I was panicking, because most of body shops were close on Saturday. This is one of few that were still open on  Saturday. I called the number and Hugo answered. He asked me to text me some pictures and gave me a break down. I told him I am not comfortable to drive this car to his shop on Monday, and he said he will ask the mobile team to see if there is any tech available next week. Next day (Sunday), he texted and informed me that he can send a tech to my place on Monday morning! Fast-forward to Monday, the tech (my apology for not picking up his name) arrive on time, fix it and restore the car to a drivable condition.  I can't ask for more. I am very pleased with the paint job done by Bumper Specialists for a part of my Subaru WRX STi. I had them repaint the hood scoop on which the paint had degraded down to the primer. The scoop now looks factory-new, absolutely no orange-peel, a totally professional job. Also, there was no overspray on the underside which shows it was properly masked. I got Hugo's number from my 80-yo neighbor - who has been Hugo's customer for a long time. And he highly recommends Hugo so I decide to give a try. First, I like their business setup - I call them and they will give you a number to text the damaged bumper pictures. They reply with a price quote. Once I am okay with they price tag, we can make an appointment and Hugo will show up at your doorstep to fix your bumper. Simple and easy! In terms of the work Hugo has done, every penny is well spent! Geico estimated for $600 and Hugo fixed it for less than $300. The bumper looks new. The color is well matched with other parts. I hope I dont need another bumper service but if I unfortunately need one, I will use Hugo again. read more

My son's car was damaged from a hit and run that occurred in a parking lot while he was working, so we were on the hook for the for the full cost of the repair. Hugo came by and worked on two of my cars. My wife's MR2 had a dent from someone backing into it. Hugo was the cheapest around for Paint-less Dent Removal and could not have done a better job. It is like the dent was not even there. My Milan had scratches on the trunk lid where I mount my bikes. I accidentally turned the pedal not realizing the other pedal was gouging my paint out. Hugo presented me different options, and I chose the cheapest. He sanded away the scratch, and you can barely tell it was there. I also paid to get my headlights restored, what a difference it makes. They went from cloudy to factory new! I was considering buying brighter bulbs, but do not think I need them anymore. To top it off, he was nice enough to hand paint (touch up) a few areas on both our cars where the paint had chipped either exposing metal or primer.
