We had a small dent on the side of our car from someone opening their car door into our car. I got on Yelp, like I always do when looking for a service or type of business, and Bumper Star was the first on the list so I clicked on it and was impressed with the reviews, so I called and spoke with Nick, who is the owner of the company. Immediately I was impressed with his professionalism but was even more excited when he said he comes to our home to look at it first to give us an estimate then the repair is done in our driveway also. He actually came the same morning to take a look at it and gave us an estimate of $200 (which the same thing would have easily been $500 if we took it into a shop). When we were ready to have it fixed, I contacted him and he was able to fit me in within the same week. The morning of my appt, he let me know that they were just finishing up with another client and would be on their way shortly, then he sent me another text when they were on their way. Nick and another gentleman showed up and it was done within 30 minutes and it looks brand new!! As long as my husband and I can help it, we will never take our cars into a body shop again.
