It all started with working with Alan, the owner, and he gave me a competitive bid and explained, in detail, the work to be done. Along, the way Alan kept in communication with me on the progress of my car. In the end the car was delivered on time and the results were amazing. A pole jumped out and rubbed against the door of my mini Cooper and left a sizable dent and scratch down to the metal. DSP was able to successfully remove any trace of that mishap and made my car look great again. I appreciate the work DSP did and I am returning for some work on my other car. Pretty disappointed with the work. For double the price of a mobile bumper repair service, this work is very poor. I was originally quoted one number, and magically the price changes when I go to pick up my car. Parts and labor price can vary, but I had explicitly told Alan to let me know if the price is more than the agreed upon number. I was informed that a small metal bracket needed to be replaced, but no mention of additional cost. That bracket and plastics screws are not $50. I have overspray over some lights due to not removing the the necessary parts and just masking it off. I had requested to get a particular spot fixed, and that was never fixed. The bumper was not even fully attached under the headlights. This quality is to be expected for a mobile service at $650 dollars, not a shop that charged $1,342.22 then $1,423.04. When I was walked to the back, I noticed they did not have a paint booth or any of the proper equipment to do a better job than a mobile service. I was under the impression this was a body shop, not a "quick" fix shop, so the bumper should atleast be fully attached and aligned. If you have a bumper damage. Take your chances with a mobile service. Update 6/26: Alan wants me to drop off my car again to fix the issue, without taking to account that me giving up my car for an extended period is extremely difficult. I had already given my car up for a week, so you can imagine the decline in them fixing it. Especially with all the flat out lies I have been told. Boasting that you have worked on Teslas and one of your techs used to work for Tesla while not knowing the grill and the fog light/turn signals could in-fact be removed. Not removing the fog lights/turn signals and the grill to paint the bumper tells me everything you told me was a lie. So yes, all the lies, lack of quality control and absurd pricing prevents me from wanting you to touch it again. read more

I went here back in June for my 2015 Volkswagen Beetle for an accident that made me have to get the entire bumper and more replaced. After going to this place I will never go anywhere else!
