I spent several hours Monday, December 1, calling auto repair shops in the area for estimates on installation of a pair of low beam light bulbs for my 2006 Toyota Corolla. I received estimates from $150 to $40. IKON (funny name) was the last shop that I called. Kent emailed that he could install the pair of bulbs for $25 the next day. I show up just after 9:00am, a young lady comes out of the next office to assist; I ask for Kent whom I previous contacted the day before. Kent comes out, introduces himself, asks for the keys and then proceeds to drive my old reliable Toyota to the work area. Less than twenty minutes later, Kent returns with the job completed. I ask how much do I owe you. He says, "no charge." I said, "excuse me." He asks can I do a review. I said, "let me do it on my computer, you will get a five star review." Kent is the shop owner, I believe; young and very personable guy; quick smile, firm handshake! The hood on my Tesla Model S got crumpled after a run-in with the back of a Jeep's spare tire, and it needed to be replaced and repainted.
