Magnificent. This establishment deserves 10 stars. I've been in my fair share of vehicle troubles across the country and I've had to deal with many repair shops. Most repair shops say they're for the customer, but really, they're there to make a profit. RP Paint Studios is an establishment that really puts customers first. That's the type of repair shop that you want to take your vehicle too. There have been too many times I've experienced shops trying to be sneaky or lazy with their work. After I met Rudy, I could feel that he was genuine and hard working. RP Paint Studios takes exceptional pride in their work. I mean, the work attests for itself, take a look at the photos of my fixed vehicle. My car suffered a pretty bad accident where the front right of my car was completely exposed and destroyed. I panicked because I work long hours and the only day I could take my car to the shop was a Saturday. To my surprise, RP Paint Studios was local and they were even open on a Saturday. If that doesn't speak volumes to the type of establishment this is, I don't know what else to tell you. Rudy and his team are so personable and friendly. They made me feel very welcome. They also updated me frequently about the status of my repairs which I greatly appreciated. I felt truly valued as a customer, and I could feel the passion and pride coming from this shop. I got my car back in exceptional time, and they even called the rental car company for me to arrange pickup so I could just go straight to the shop. This is what the foundation of customer service should look like. I got my car back and it looked literally brand new. I felt like I had just purchased a new car. It was truly beautiful. The whole car was detailed and they even cleaned the interior. And this is truly the cherry on top, but I had a little scratch on the same side from a previous accident. That scratch and detachment was not a part of this accident's damages. Rudy noticed, and he took care of it for me with no additional cost. I lost my mind, this shop is on another level. That is genuinely the work of someone who has pride in their profession. While washing my BRAND NEW Chevy Blazer, I lifted the hood, but had left the driver side windshield wiper up. Unknowingly, I put a dent/crease in the back edge of the hood. I called my miracle worker dent professional, but he warned me beforehand that he might not be able to fix this dent due to the location & physical, 2-ply construction of the hood. He attempted, but he couldn't erase this dent, plus the paint was chipped on the edge of the hood. I felt sick to my stomach as we had only just made our first payment. As he has worked in the dent/car biz in the valley for decades, I asked for a recommendation. He said RP Paint Studios was known for their quality & craftsmanship. I told him I would take it there for a quote. He even texted the owner, Rudy, that I was headed to see him & to take good care of me. When we entered the lobby, we were greeted by a very friendly executive assistant, Nancy. She gave us a quote & said they could start on it on Monday the following week. She said it would be done by Wednesday afternoon. I honestly wasn't too concerned with the cost of the repair as long as the crease was repaired to perfection & the paint (the entire hood had to be repainted) was perfectly matched to the rest of the car. We had taken one of our kids' cars to a bargain collision center & we got what we paid for, which was a car with two distinct, mismatched colors. To my great delight, Rudy was able to adjust the price down given the personal referral & the fact that I am a retired first responder. They did a great job on my 2019 wrx STI. The color match is perfect and you cant really tell its had work done. This is the type of place you go when you want it done with high quality. If you have a special ride that your picky about this is where you should go. The cost wasn't bad and they turned around the work quickly.
