I love and appreciate their attention to little things like the little plastic table covers for when we have little guests with us. Little people drop food on the tables and this gives them a sanitary surface so IF they pick it back up and eat it, I'm not dying over fear of germs lol. Keep up the good work!!

First, I witnessed a young man on break, sitting on top of a side counter near the front on his phone. Second, on June 24, 2026, I attempted to order the blueberry biscuit dessert and was met with, "We don't have not ice cream." It was stated as if I was supposed to know what was in stock in the back. When I asked for the blueberry biscuit by itself, I was told, "we don't have that either." I said well you have it posted outside and it's a new item, "Well I don't know what to tell you." Thirdly, I forgot about my dismal experience yesterday and went today, June 25, 2026 for the two breakfast burritos that are $5.99 for both. I get to the window and was told it was $9.??. When I asked what price was I charged, I was told the they were no longer on sale. Once again...I stated but the price is listed on the board back there. After acting as if I was taking a pot shot at her, a manager was called to void the transaction or key turn or whatever the process was. I was then told in a very nasty tone to pull up. I said no, I will not be pulling up. (at this point, I didn't trust my food being made by a competent person) As a matter of fact, I want a refund. After a 3 minute standoff, a manager was called over to complete the refund. No other contact with the manager except providing the refund. I AM OFFICIALLY OVER THIS LOCATION. PERIOD. I don't even want dog food on a silver platter for my dog. This location should close for the caliber of employees they have and the service they provide DAILY.

There's lots of chairs and tables you can sit at. Hours: The business hours are Monday through Thursday from 7:30am to 10pm. Then, on Friday they are open from 7:30am to 7pm as students usually leave early for the weekend and go home. Self Serve: it's completely self serve as you just get what you want, such as a fountain drink and sandwich. Then, you pay for it back at the register. Customer Service: I got waited on fast and she was courteous too. I could tell the cashier really likes her job. Today, the menu items I ordered were their chicken nuggets with bar b q sauce and a fountain drink. I enjoyed my lunch and will probably be back. In summary, I can't believe we have a chick Fi la right here in Cleveland, MS. Final thoughts: next time I'm getting a chick fi la sandwich with fries like I usually get I will probably also get a lemonade too. Yes, today I got just a coke but next time will get a lemonade if they have it because other Chick Fi La restaurants have the best lemonade.
