I would put a negative 5 stars if possible the manager Ms. Williams (if that's really her name, she wasn't wearing a name tag.) Was completely ignorant to my family when approached about missing food which happens on a big order. (9 people) She became so irate we offered to show her the receipt and even the amount of food we had on the table and she insisted she knew better than us on what we received. After she started yelling and coming off as aggressive/threatening we decided to just ring it up and pay again For the couple hash-browns and McGriddle. This didnt de-escalate the whole thing she continued Yelling at her staff and other customers about their food. I've never been inclined to leave a review before let alone a bad one but im appalled. read more

my family had food missing and this lady argued about what we ordered???? i'm sure as a customer we know what we order and had our receipt for proof. the lady was loud and rude to not only to my family but to the other employees. she charged us again for her mistake and made everyone in the building uncomfortable. she also had poor language, attitude, and customer service. i don't recommend this location. you're better off going somewhere else. read more
