My friends also complained that after buying an ice cream cone at her store she wouldn't allow them to sit at her public chairs overlooking the lake. They won't be back. I know they have had the place for sale hopefully it will sell !!! We want to see new owners.

Harbormaster and staff helpers are efficient and courteous. Restroom/showers are always wonderfully clean, and the facility boasts a nice laundry facility with two large washers and four dryers. Facility has very good security, and they do a good job of keeping any riff-raff away. There are a couple excellent restaurants (Doc's, Harbor House) literally steps away if you don't feel like eating onboard. THE THORNS: No big slips, so if your yacht is over 45', you may be out of luck. THE VERDICT: Honestly, this facility is about as good as it gets. Transient moorage rates are a titch steep, but for what you're getting, it's a good value. Recommend!

Parking is not free here but you can park outside the pay parking area and just walk to the Marina. The walk is less than 5 mins depending on where you park but like I said there are plenty of free parking in the area. There are a few nice statues or artworks installed here for photo taking. I had the boat over there by about 10;00 AM. Neko (not sure of the spelling) installed it in about 4 hours, which was less than quoted. Being our first time paddle-boarding Aaron was totally patient and helped us learn the basic stance and grip and paddle and grip mechanics. He carried our boards out to the dock and has a real chill temperament. They have a great little cove for a beginner. I am nearly 6 foot and we were out on Seafair with all boats so the water was about as calm as it could be with all the revelry. I did fall forward but managed to not topple into the water. We had a great time putt-putting about. The equipment seems all brand new and no complaints.

We though we did something wrong but the guy came came from the next door store to set up the inflatable screen, projector, speakers, and popcorn machine and it was a party. He poured out a little bubbly and you helped yourself to the buttery popcorn. Unfortunately the store doesn't open because the same guy who runs it is also running the show, so it's understandable, bu I wish I could've bought some other snacks. The screening was definitely for the tenants of the marina because they all knew each other which was kinda cool that they put out the event on FB. They had the best swag ever, which was ed knit caps just like Bill Murray's crew in the film. This was very low key, low attendance, and intimate. It was funto watchthe movie as the sun went down and I can't wait for their next one.

Because the timing of the notice, Foss Harbor could easily charged us for another month, but they did not. We were impressed! Incredibly helpful staff and great prices on both fuel and moorage, store is well stocked for last minute items plus, restrooms are clean. The guys at their Fuel Dock are also great, friendly, always engaging.
