This bar is part of the Sky restaurant, which is also arguably the nicest restaurant in town. To get in, you have to go in a building and up the escalator. There was a decent size group of us, but the bar was pretty busy and so we squeezed our group in the couch area. The drinks on the menu are pretty fancy, they have their own unique names, and they have a large variety of their drinks too. The drinks include things from the classics to even hot alcoholic beverages. Overall, it's a pretty decent spot and I think that if you're in Grand Forks, it's worth a stop to see what the town has to offer.

Took them a while to clean it to be quite honest. I just didn't feel like they were doing a good job of busing and cleaning tables when people were emptying. Our table had been bussed but not cleaned and I know it had been sitting there for at least five minutes cause I watched it. Once we got seated, again felt the service was pretty slow. Took a long time for the guy to take our drink order and he walked by the table multiple times. Then when he finally did take the drug order, took a really long time to get drinks. In general, our server was just not very efficient. This occurred throughout the entire meal and often had to ask for things multiple times. For example, when I wanted to get another beer, it took almost 10 minutes. In that time he came to the table twice and on the third time, I finally said, did you get that beer for me and he had totally forgotten evidently. That was a fourth time he had forgotten something that was ordered. When we did actually get food and drinks, the food itself was very very good. The walleye cakes were excellent. My pasta was well cooked and had great flavor. The carrot cake martini was very interesting but definitely tasted like a carrot cake. I think they just need to work on their service, a lot. The quality of the food and the quality of the restaurant deserves much better servers.

Two of the three were very dark on the bottom. For entrees we both had the chicken Parmesan. Mine was overcooked and the breading literally fell off, leaving me with unseasoned, dry chicken breast. Amenities are nice; pool, small gym, jacuzzi, and laundry. The hotel has a breakfast buffet each day, and on Monday thru Wednesday they have a social hour with beer, wine, and snacks. The lobby, elevators, common area carpets and walls look great. The staff are incredibly nice and were more than helpful in telling me about places to see and eat at. The room I had was very nice, clean and comfortable. It has a thermostat I could control to make the room more comfortable. If you have a critical eye, the room was showing a little wear. The vinyl flooring in the kitchen and the ceiling in the shower had some slight water damage. The desk chair was shedding its top layer of fabric, and the ottomans had seen their fair share of use. Overall great experience and I would come back again. I love the Amenities offered here to guests, and the staff are very nice.

I have no real complaints other than the thin walls. I could hear the next door room snoring incredibly loud. They offer a lot of amenities such as dinner, wine and beer in the evening and breakfast. The breakfast was kinda garbage but it was free. Basically some bagels, fruit, oatmeal and odd omelets. They rotate bacon or sausage every other day. The pool area was nice and it remained open until 11. The hottub was actually hot as well. Overall it's not a bad spot to stay the night. They have kitchenettes in the rooms and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of hot water with good shower pressure. Try to get a top floor room though.
