This bar is part of the Sky restaurant, which is also arguably the nicest restaurant in town. To get in, you have to go in a building and up the escalator. There was a decent size group of us, but the bar was pretty busy and so we squeezed our group in the couch area. The drinks on the menu are pretty fancy, they have their own unique names, and they have a large variety of their drinks too. The drinks include things from the classics to even hot alcoholic beverages. Overall, it's a pretty decent spot and I think that if you're in Grand Forks, it's worth a stop to see what the town has to offer.

Took them a while to clean it to be quite honest. I just didn't feel like they were doing a good job of busing and cleaning tables when people were emptying. Our table had been bussed but not cleaned and I know it had been sitting there for at least five minutes cause I watched it. Once we got seated, again felt the service was pretty slow. Took a long time for the guy to take our drink order and he walked by the table multiple times. Then when he finally did take the drug order, took a really long time to get drinks. In general, our server was just not very efficient. This occurred throughout the entire meal and often had to ask for things multiple times. For example, when I wanted to get another beer, it took almost 10 minutes. In that time he came to the table twice and on the third time, I finally said, did you get that beer for me and he had totally forgotten evidently. That was a fourth time he had forgotten something that was ordered. When we did actually get food and drinks, the food itself was very very good. The walleye cakes were excellent. My pasta was well cooked and had great flavor. The carrot cake martini was very interesting but definitely tasted like a carrot cake. I think they just need to work on their service, a lot. The quality of the food and the quality of the restaurant deserves much better servers.

Ordered walleye with potatoes au gratin and both were cooked well and tasted great! However, the problem with this place is that it hasn't been consistent. I've ordered the same thing and it was awful. Our most recent visit, we ordered shrimp scampi, potatoes au gratin, and Mac and cheese. The shrimp were sitting in a dish of butter with minced garlic on top of the shrimp.... not cooked in the butter, just laying on the shrimp. The shrimp couldn't be cut with a fork they were so tough. They tasted microwaved. The potatoes I asked to be well done, burnt even. They came out with the cheese not browned and potatoes underneath were cold... not even hot. I politely told our waitress and explained i didn't want to complain. She was amazing and really tried to make it right. She brought us cheesecake that was the best thing I've had there. I really want to give this place another shot, but it's been so inconsistent which is incredibly disappointing.
