The cheapskate owner offered to add hair back to the wig only if we paid half of the cost of doing so. If you're going to run a business servicing cancer patients, you need to be more compassionate. For most women, losing your hair is a traumatic experience so we tried to combat that by getting the best wig that we could (sort of) afford. When you invest so much into a wig through a company like this the experience should be flawless. Unfortunately it's too late for us, but warning: don't waste your money on a company that doesn't care if their clients are happy.

I then met a woman of color and asked her respectfully if it would be weird or misappropriattion for me (as a young white woman) to get braids in my hair to help my natural hair grow in instead of shaving my head or spending thousands on extensions. Her response? "Hell no! Go to BSW and get this this and this and I will do them for you!" When I tell you, I walked in this store and was overwhelmed, I'm not joking. I found the first store associate I could (young girl whose name starts with an N) and asked her to show me around the store, and asked her all the questions I had (a lot). She was so patient with me and understanding. She brought me to the braiding hair section where I was able to ask more about length and material etc. I picked out the 3 colors I wanted and she also brought me over to the fast slip on and off wigs! I ended up buying a really cute wig also and have never been happier with the experience I had. I highly reccomend!
