The cheapskate owner offered to add hair back to the wig only if we paid half of the cost of doing so. If you're going to run a business servicing cancer patients, you need to be more compassionate. For most women, losing your hair is a traumatic experience so we tried to combat that by getting the best wig that we could (sort of) afford. When you invest so much into a wig through a company like this the experience should be flawless. Unfortunately it's too late for us, but warning: don't waste your money on a company that doesn't care if their clients are happy.

She also only spent about 5 minutes doing extractions, before saying "Well, I did the best I could." When I got home, I could still see a lot of very obviously clogged pores, so it was not worth the money to me. I also felt like the moisturizer and perhaps other products they used were not of high quality; they had an unusual smell. Before placing my order,I contacted the owner...I have to say,this company's customer service is unlike any other.They are super fast at responding to emails. The hair was awesome.It was buttery soft,there was no shedding or tangling. My only complaint about this company is their delivery time.It was a bit on the long side as they were having major issues with the company who was processing their payment.The owner did send me a free wig for the delay.Overall I had an awesome experience working with this company, and I will continue to be a customer for life.
