Rude customer service. Shady pricing. Same products have different prices and my receipt recorded 3 of one product but only half of the actual products. Mostly focuses on wigs. They have only 2! I went here as a first time wig buyer and don't usually review places but I feel like this spot deserves a good one. Sales associate approached me minutes after I entered and was extremely helpful, providing information on different types of wigs and how to care for them. I left with wig caps, detangling spray, a brush, wig caps, and a beautiful wig. Priced well, and I love the wig. Will definitely be going back. I'd suggest this store to anyone who is in need for beauty supplies. Their wig selection is amazing and quite large with lots of variety. My sister and I have purchased a handful of wigs, and I am exciting to go back. It's hard to only buy one. They have very natural wigs to wigs with a little more edge, if you're like me. The employees are very knowledgable and will assist you in any way. They sell other things like hair products, make up, contacts, bags, etc. It's my go-to store when I need a wig when I don't feel like ordering online. The only thing I don't like is that they hover over you when you try on wigs, and it makes it a tad bit uncomfortable. It's hard to model what you like when someone is staring through your back. I drove over an hour to come specifically to this store and I was very disappointed in my experience there. I felt as a Caucasian woman I wasn't treated like the other women there and I was not given good customer service at all. I was ignored by staff and specifically the gentlemen that worked there acted as if I was a bother and only spoke with the other women there. I am very new to purchasing wigs as I have a medical condition that made me lose all of my hair. Finally after the other women were helped and left and the store was getting closer to closing time the owner came and helped me, she is very knowledgeable. She was helpful but her initial response to me wasn't very warm. I purchased two beautiful wigs, the store does have a wonderful selection compared to the stores in Albany but due to how uncomfortable and awkward every interaction was for me and my sister I am unsure if I will return or put my girlfriends who are going through this same medical condition through an experience like that. I may try again but again I am very hesitant. Just a tip for the workers there that may not even think of these things working in the wig industry, some women that are coming into buy wigs this could a very NEW, scary, painful, and intimidating experience battle, illness, or disease as to why they are coming into purchase a wig. Working in the customer service everyone color, sex, or whatever you identify with should be treated equally and given the same respect as the next. read more

This store is good for an in and out trip. I live 3 towns over and my town does not have a local beauty supply store centered around multicultural citizens. So I drive here and get what I need and then leave. If you're taking a trip there be prepared to be followed by people attempting to "look busy" and "stocking supplies" as this place apparently has a high theft rate which the put on display in the front of the store. Also you may not be approached and asked if you need anything as the prepare to "imaginary stocks" of nothing. If you do need help just go to the front desk. That's the only way to get anyone's attention other than stealing. The prices are alright but could be better. Like stated it's a place meant to be in and out. read more
