They sell fames, but their prices are above market value. I feel like they are limited in the choices of games you can play (they are in another room where you cannot get to them, they bring them to you). The bar is cash only, but they have an ATM on premises, which makes it an easy transaction. Most, if not all of the patrons and staff speak fluent English. They'll also do a 1:1 transfer for US Dollars, but save your cash and just use the ATM. My US-base card had no issues.

He took my phone- hooked me up- hand wrote specific directions to my destination- while i contacted my daughter to let her know where I was.
