The owner/jeweler put it into an ultrasonic bath which is a bath machine for jewelry that uses high-frequency vibrations in liquid to shake dirt loose, but it can also shake stones out of older, fragile settings. So more stones fell out after doing this. I was then told to pay for reseating all three, even though only one was missing when I dropped it off. Polishing was also started without my consent. When I questioned why an ultrasonic was used on such an old piece, the owner told me I "don't know s**t" and brushed the ring off saying it was probably made in Asia. The whole experience was strange and disappointing with hidden charges, and unprofessional conduct. It is unfortunate since I had very great service with the lady previously who always helped me with my watches, but after this unpleasant experience, I will not be returning.

The store is just as immaculate as it always has been and has an even fresher feel to it. The items in the cases are still beautiful. Sara is still there as the store manager. Jasmine and her husband are the new owners.
