Some of the items are actually 50% off from normal chemist (pharmacies). The intriguing thing here is I saw liquid products like fish oils instead of the tablet or capsules. There are also weekly discounts on certain items and you can stock up your needs accordingly. The store also carries different ranges of perfumes. First time I saw Mercedes-Benz's range of fragrances. The staffs are rather friendly and they will guide you to wherever you need to find the product. Cashier wise, depending on how many customers and how many staffs, it might be slower. Overall, it was a nice stopover and managed to get my essentials (tooth paste, centrum and lip balm) for less than $30. Score!! :)

I'm convinced that you'll find a pot of gold before you'll find a staff member willing to help you. After about twenty minutes of searching we found one of Bunnings team members. This team member didn't look at us and barely even knowledged our existence, his only "helpful" advice was to tell us that they didn't have what we were looking for and for him that was it, end of conversation.

He told me, "Make sure you know what you want before you go in there, it's not a place you go for customer service." I conversed with him further to make sure I had what I needed down in my brain. I walked into the shop, the bulk of the shop, where all the merchandise is, is cordoned off with red barrier posts. The method of this shop, this MSY, is that you go up to the counter and you tell the people what you want, they fetch it for you, you pay, you leave. Shopping experience completed. I wait in line for a while, there are only two people behind the counter and a few customers are milling about within the confines of the barriers. I tell him I want an external hard drive. "Two Terabytes" I say. He gives me some options and makes a recommendation. This is more customer service than I had expected. The device is much cheaper than you can get it elsewhere. A quick search of the internet confirms this. As I stood in line waiting for my turn I did overhear a conversation between the store clerk and a customer in regards to why they had more people in the store moving things around. Apparently they are changing the system up to be more like a classic shop where people can browse and walk about the property. Who knows how long that will be.

Used to have a problem parking, but a cheap parking station has opened across the road - which is made it so much easier when their parking is full! I've had friends visit as I've told them about it. They came in by train, which they said was not far away. The staff are wonderful, and regular visits are worth it, as there are so many dealers and they bring new stock in all the time. As you can see by my review, I love the place! **Tip, if you see anything is a locked cabinet, look for the stall number on a tag and they will bring the keys for you!

Walmart most probably thought that Australia was too far and decided not to open a Walmart on the continent. This Kmart was still old school with two entrances on each side but the positive was they had a lot of self check out counters for the shoppers. As you entered the left side of the store was dedicated to home supplies while the right side of the store had clothing for adults and kids. If you know that Kmart sells what you are looking for it's a perfect place to be in and out but alternatively it is definitely not a place where you can find everything for your home like a Walmart or target. Also another issue is that the store defies doesn't have enough lighting or employees and the store feels cramped with no space in the aisles.

Like most Bunnings it is freakin' gargantuan beyond belief, and you'd be hard pressed not to find your every hardware need here. They do the obligatory weekend sausage sangas, flower displays, and DIY demonstrations. It is located right next door to the popular McDonalds, and with such heavy traffic the main drawback of the store is getting in and out. The parking situation is a bit awkward, and because of the side street which you are spat out onto (the main road being Pennant Hills Road) there is a bit of a wait/queue once you exit --- so you will just have to patient and wait that little bit extra to extend that ladder and install your leafguard on your gutter with that new dewalt drill kit!
