This dry cleaner has ruined thousands of dollars' worth of my clothing, and I'm beyond frustrated. I wear high-end professional clothing for my corporate job, so I would expect a dry-cleaning business to know how to properly handle and care for expensive garments. Instead, they've treated designer and specialty pieces like basic casual clothing, resulting in damage to multiple items that cannot be replaced. The biggest issue is I'm left dealing with the consequences of their mistakes. On top of that, the customer service is terrible. Every visit feels like I'm bothering the staff. They're more interested in talking to each other than helping customers, and I've never felt welcomed or valued. After this experience, I won't be coming back. I trusted them with my wardrobe, and they failed both in garment care and customer service. read more

Everything that I've brought to BUNN'SLAUNDERER has been cleaned and pressed to perfection. I love the ladies who work the counter, they are always so friendly & they always remember my name. Too bad the customer service which appeared to be from the owner is horrible. After being told it was $2 dollars and going back out to dig in my car for change she says the simple metal clasp is $5 dollars - embarrassing the lady at the counter telling her she charged incorrectly. Absolutely unacceptable! I brought in a suit, shirt and two ties to be cleaned. I needed the pants hem lowered as well. This was on a Wednesday. I explained that I needed them done in time for a funeral on Sunday. The lady, I believe she was the manager, said alterations normally took five days but assured me that she could have everything by Friday. I would not have left them otherwise. There was also the concern of impending winter weather on Friday, again assured that they would be ready. Since I drive by daily I stopped in on Thursday afternoon on the off chance they might be ready. Again I was assured that they would be ready on Friday. Friday comes with snow and they are closed due to snow in spite of the roads being open and driveable. Saturday I arrive to pick up what was supposed to be ready the day before. Total disaster! Not ready and while I was a little warm I remained calm when I was told that it was impossible for them to be done that day. It went downhill from there. I asked for my clothes to be returned so that I could seek an alternative service. That's when the two ladies working got really rude. They said the the pants wouldn't be ready until the 15th. Wednesday of the next week, and weren't even in the building. After much searching and about 30 minutes they located the coat, pulled the shirt still wet out of the wash and finally the two ties. I asked for the pants to be delivered or tell me where to go pick them up. That got even more nasty comments. Eventually they located the pants with hem lowered but not cleaned or pressed. I don't know what sort of goat rope they are running here but it's obvious they can not be trusted to speak the truth and stand behind it. First and last time and I highly recommend that no one should ever use this service. read more

Best Dry Cleaners Ever! All done in house. Very well organized. Clothes are always in great condition and buttons are tightened up even if I forgot to ask! I bring my hats here now. Never thought I would do that but they do a great job. Great staff great family! read more

When asked for some sort of receipt that would indicate what was being dropped off and how many of each, I was told that they don't do that and that I would get an itemized list when I came to pick up my laundry. After explaining that this setup allowed the opportunity for items to be lost/omitted in the whole process, I was told that I could make a list if I wanted to know what was being dropped off. Not only was this response unprofessional, it was meaningless - my handwritten list could easily be questioned. I made my request with the DAY and EVENING staff. Ironically, it was a mother-daughter team, one on each shift. When I confronted the mother, she agreed with me and stated that they do issue a document that listed what was being turned in and did not know why I had encountered the problem in the first place. BRACE YOURSELVES----when I went into the cleaners during the EVENING shift requesting a document showing what I had dropped off, the daughter stated that she knew I had spoke to someone on the other shift and THAT PERSON WAS HER MOM (She repeated that several times) and that her mom was confused and again stated that they do not issue anything until the laundry is picked up. When I said that I need something in writing because my return trip could be spaced out and what had been dropped off earlier might be forgotten by me or omitted by them [they did overlook 3 shirts and 2 pairs of pants on an occasion - discovered approximately almost 2 months later]. Eventually the daughter (EVENING SHIFT) said they could issue a "work order" that would show number of pieces. How difficult was that??!! Getting to that point was messy. Also, prices fluctuated frequently. Why not post a price list???!! For the record, I always prepaid. read more

Hurricane Matthew came through Florida and stained the handmade linen drapes in our condo. Being longtime customers and friends of Bunn's, I removed the drapes from the condo and brought them to Griffin to be dry cleaned. One panel was dry cleaned and pressed and one was only pressed (not dry cleaned). I brought the one that was only pressed and not dry cleaned back to be corrected. The owner seemed somewhat hesitant to admit to this issue and this is what the results are. After confronting the owner, she assured me that "both" were dry cleaned. You be the judge. As you can tell one has shrunk and has the lining hanging below. All I have asked for is my dry cleaning costs to be refunded to me. read more

Full service dry cleaner with great customer service... At first glance I thought this would not be a great place to go with my dry-cleaning but I couldn't have been more wrong. I absolutely love this business and I take all my stuff to them. A friend told us that they found the best dry-cleaner and shared their story. They took a couple pairs of pants and a few shirts in to Bunn's and apparently one of the pants had some money in it. He had no idea but the business called him and said they found money in his pocket. They said they would return it when they came in to pick up their clothes. I was shocked that an employee actually turned that money in and did the right thing. They could have kept it and nobody would know but that says a lot about a business and their workers. I would recommend this business to anyone because of the prices, service, and value. Overall I would give another star to them but I have minor issues which prevents them from being perfect. Sometimes I get back shirts with a wrinkled cuff and on a few occasions I have found busted buttons and two shirts have shown a small stain from rust on the shoulder. We take a lot of stuff to this business so I know every item is not going to be perfect and things happen so I don't make a deal about these small things. Plus, I am sure they would attempt to fix the situation if you asked but the small stains won't come out. read more

Nice people, always pleasant, great prices BUT......they have ruined 6 very expensive dress shirts the past 3 years. It seems the chemicals or process they use to dry clean and / or press the collars on my shirts is to harsh and erodes the material. I've had shirts dry cleaned in many states over the years and NEVER had an issue! The last straw was when a $500.00 Brioni shirt, only worn and dry cleaned approx. 8 times was returned with the fabric missing off the collar. NEVER AGAIN! read more
