He returned the pants to the cleaners and received a call later that day, where he was gaslit by someone from the cleaners who insisted that they were indeed his pants because they had a "video". My husband is very capable of knowing what belongs to him. Furthermore, rather than apologizing and acknowledging that a mix-up occurred, they insisted that he come in and watch the video.
