I said my phone charged on my wireless charger but not with a cable. He cleaned out my charging port, taking special care and five minutes later he had cleared out the gunk blocking the pins between the port and the charging cable. Phone charges great now. I called Tri-County Computers and Montre set up a time to meet with us. Montre fixed the issue quickly. The computer worked again when we returned to the boat and hooked it up. If it didn't work, Montre was willing to come to the boat to try to further diagnose the problem. Thank goodness he was able to fix the issue so quickly and we truly appreciate his offer to come to the boat.

We picked a date/time and asked for (1) Flat Mount and (1) Swing Mount and they had the parts at a reasonable price. Constant communication up to arrival, which was great. Marcus arrived in a company vehicle with all his equipment and the two mounts. Marcus was awesome, he slipped on shoe covers before going upstairs. We showed him what we wanted and he went to work. I told him that if he needed help to mount the TVs once he placed the mounts on the wall to give me a shout. I went downstairs, and barely heard him working. He worked so quietly that my nervous pup didn't even bark or get anxious. Marcus worked fast, told me he was done, and he had the TVs mounted on the wall.
