But what I think speaks most highly of them is this -- having been satisfied with them at the rental home, we used them at my own home when we came home from vacation to a dead mouse. I assumed we would need a contract, but after a thorough examination, they said they could just seal up a couple holes at the base of the house and bait some traps. The bees were coming in through a hole in the drywall. There were hundreds of bees throughout the room. My first thought was holy s&$! Alpha pest management was recommended by one of my neighbors. Justin called me back on the day when I put in a service request via their website. While I had to wait a bit that day to get a response (this is not a big firm with lots of sales agents and so forth), I spoke with Justin (an exterminator) himself. I didn't have to waste my time speaking to some sales agent. Just asked me to send some pictures of the bees. He immediately told me they were not carpenter bees, which do not sting, but hornets which do! He came the next day to take a look around and recommended taping up the hole in the drywall. This solved the immediate problem of hundreds of bees getting into the attic. Despite Monday being a holiday, he said he was available. He came with his associate, Phillip, who does the drywall repair. Overall, a very professional and positive experience. I am very happy that these @&$!ing hornets are dead.
