So I guess I don't have anything to compare this to. But I do know that it's not lookin great. I was super nervous about the whole process. I wanted a very natural and pretty light tan. I did everything i needed to (from my research ) exfoliated 24 hours before, didn't moisturize etc. When I was there, I felt pretty uncomfortable and I didn't get anything explained to me. There weren't any sticky pads or anything to stand on (the soles of my feet are SO dark), no barrier cream, hair net, nothing. I really don't mean to bash on this company or anything, I just would have liked to know these things before deciding to get this spray tan. I am VERY orange. I have patches where there must have been more product. Just uneven everywhere. I'm really disappointed :( read more

I was looking for a great place to receive an airbrush tan with an organic product. I am so glad I found Bunzie's spray tanning! Sidney was very knowledgeable about tanning in general and explained in detail how she does spray tans. She picked out the correct color for my skin tone (fair with warm undertones). I like to be really tan and the color she picked, walnut, was so beautiful. She has great attention to detail and made sure I was covered evenly. I wanted to give it a few days before I reviewed and I am now Day 6 of my tan and I am amazed! This is the longest I've gone with a spray tan and it hasn't faded in patches. It has faded a bit, but I'm on Day 6 and I still have a tan! The product she uses doesn't smell and isn't overly sticky like ones I've had in the past. No orange at all, just a nice brownish/golden color. I have an appointment next week right before a vacation and I can't wait. I really wanted to give Bunzie's more than 3 stars. Here are the pros and cons from my experience: Sidney seems very knowledgeable and was very accommodating and was able to get me in for a spray tan on the day I needed to get it done. I had some trouble with Bunzie's online booking so a quick text to Sidney and she was able to schedule me in. I showed up a few minutes early for my appointment at her home. I could hear a loud vacuum sound from outside the front door so I rang the doorbell. I stood there for a few minutes and rang it again thinking maybe she didn't hear the door. I was a little bit confused thinking maybe I had the wrong address as there was no signage indicating Bunzie's was operating from a residential location. She answered and said she was finishing up with a client and asked me to wait. Not a big deal but it was awkward standing outside a door for several minutes. Once she finished up, she went over paperwork with me and asked about allergies, how often I spray tan, etc. I was happy to know the solution she uses is organic. I asked her about the shades she uses and I informed her I did not want to be orange or very dark. Maybe 1 shade darker than I already am. One of the papers I filled out was for a no-show cancelation policy. There is a $10 fee if you cancel within a certain time frame (I believe it was 24 hours) which requested to keep a credit card number on file. I was a bit hesitant to fill this out as I didn't want my card information floating around on a piece of paper in someone's home. I don't mean to question her organization or security measures in safeguarding privileged information. Overall, my tan wasn't anything fantastic. It was pretty average, at best. I have medium skin tone with yellow undertones and though that my tan looked orange once it dried. Sidney checked in and asked how I liked my tan. I told her it didn't match my natural skin tone very well and she did not seem very concerned. I think I'll stick with the Versa Spa tan from now on. It's consistent and lasts longer in my opinion. read more

I will do this again. After many years of tanning, I have decided my skin and health are not worth it, so for my upcoming vacation. I decided to get a spray tan. I hate the procedure for the machine spray tan. I looked up a place online that was all natural and would not irritate my sensitive skin. The location is at a residence in my neighborhood, although I thought this was odd, it turned out to be a wonderful experience. I could not remember what the girl's name is that took care of me but she was very personable, made me feel comfortable right away. she explained the colors and pricing and followed up to make sure that I did all the prep necessary before my spray tan. Their website has good information on how to get ready for your spray tan and the Aftercare as well. I wanted to tan nude so that I would not have any tan lines and was worried I would not feel comfortable, this was definitely not an issue. From start to finish took about 20 minutes and I was on my way home. The price is definitely reasonable and they do have packages to purchase to save you even more. I can be lazy lol But I had to share the awesome experience I had getting sprayed by Sidney at Bunzies! Having ditched the tanning beds completely I only do spray tans these days. (I usually opt for the Versa tan machine) I was in Arizona for a photo shoot and decided to book with Bunzies after reading the awesome reviews and chatting with Sidney. I booked online (super easy) and the location was great and close to where i was staying. A few things i'm always nervous about when getting a spray tan are.. turning orange, turning green or being streaky. Sidney helped customize my color for the shoot and it came out perfect!!! I was able to rock the color for my shoot and it lasted for the whole weekend and a few days after! (make sure you prep your skin though and keep it exfoliated! ) Next time i am in Az visiting i will book with Bunzies again!!
