They said at least I had to be off antibiotics for two weeks. Unfortunately, I had to be on antibiotics for a few months because I was ongoing an infection that I could not get rid of. Finally, I have been off the antibiotics for two weeks and I called to schedule my appointment. Told them I was ready to receive my Wax service. Also mentioned I had my Bogo free appointment that I was promised because that was my next Wax service. They told me they cannot honor it because I did not come back in a few weeks. However, they were the one that turned me away due to antibiotics and told me I was not allowed to come back until I was off of them for two weeks. They told me they couldn't honor it because it was too long. I am a cosmetologist and have been in the beauty industry for almost 30 years. I would never give a gift card or offer service and then take it away due to a client being sick. That's saying like a gift card expires in a few months. I have been going to them for multiple Waxing services for months prior to this. They said that there is nothing I could do. Very disappointed because I am the type of woman that stays with a licensed professional once I find somebody I like. I will now be moving on to other options and places now. Customer service is definitely not the way it used to be. Very disappointing.

Michelle is absolutely fantastic! I drive from Scottsdale to get my lashes done with her because of how lovely she is. She is professional, personable, and does an amazing job with my lashes. They last for three weeks in between fills, which is just a tribute to the quality of her work. Hands down the best place for Botox and B12 vitamin shots. My services were with the medical director (Lynn) who is also a nurse practitioner and just an absolute joy to be around. I got Botox injections on my forehead and around my eyes (crows feet) and it turned out beautifully. Just enough to soften wrinkles and create a nice eyebrow arch without looking frozen. I get tension headaches often but not after I have Botox, so that's an added bonus. The B12 shot gave me a nice boost of energy. Will definitely be going back. read more
