Extremely pleased with my experience. I was in need of a fill and called ahead to verify they could accommodate this service from another lash artist's work so I didn't need to get a whole new set. No issue at all, thankfully. They use Vagaro's booking system, you do put down a credit card to secure the slot but it's not charged until you get the service. Prices are known upfront and based on lash style and length of time (45min, 1hr, etc.). Prior to appointment, I received txt reminders which were helpful but it wouldn't create a calendar appointment in my phone. Not anything to do with this salon. On arrival I was promtly greeted by Janna. She's very sweet and took the time to really understand my lash-goals and overall objective for this appointment. This is such an important step and so many techs overlook it. Truly appreciated! The studio is clean, sleek, calm and inviting. The lounger was well padded and comfortable, room temperature was nice and cool (it was a pretty warm afternoon outside). Janna has a calming vibe, I was able to fully relax during my lash service and my lash results were SO BEAUTIFUL! I'll definitely be back. read more

I came in for a hybrid fill and Stephanie had recommended that the extensions be removed due to how they were clumped together from a previous tech at a different salon. She removed the existing extensions and Grace did a full fresh set. My eyes feel and look better and healthier. They both were professional and considerate. The environment was clean and welcoming. I started my lash extension journey since 2024 I first started with Gretelle who's great, then I booked with Janna for more compatible scheduling, who is amazing BTW, I don't doubt that any of the technicians are nothing, but great! But I've love Jannas technique and style. She really listens to what you want and executes flawlessly with also adjusting to what works and looks best with your natural lashes and eye shape. She's a beautiful person inside and out; very professional has me looking forward to my appointments! Each time is nothing but a wonderful experience. The location is clean organized and well kept, every one is friendly and helpful! I took a break for a new temp job location during 2025. Came in for my first ever lash lift and tint, my artist Anne did a great job with the color selection and we even did an eyebrow tint. Recently moved to Arizona from another state. Desperately trying to find a new lash studio as I have gone to the same person for the last 12 years. I had my first appointment and the lashes didn't last a week so booked another appointment the following week for another fill and they haven't lasted either.
