They're a group of professional arborists who care deeply about their work and the quality they provide. Skyline came to remove an extremely large maple that was beginning to deteriorate and was looming dangerously over my home and my neighbor's home. Their estimate was fair and the job was an all day event with risk of damage to my home. They conducted the job perfectly, without any damage to my property. They were a joy to watch and did a fantastic and orderly job. I have additionally used Skyline for all of my trimming and maintenance in the past few years and also had them provide cabling to a couple of my other large maple trees in order to significantly reduce the chances of large limbs falling on my neighbor's home or car. Initially, they were great to work with and everything was smooth and I was happy. Then as things started to be complete the half ass started to show its head. Mind you I spent 300k... Ceiling of pavilion was not how Zack and I talked about for months. The 50k flooring had to be ripped up to fix their electrical person busting pipes below the floor. So now the flooring is crooked with large gaps and you can see where flooring was pulled up. Electrical nightmare with these guys.... Mis match grout coloring where they couldn't run wire from the fireplace for tv. So they just threw a stone that doesn't jive and grout is different. But I was told it would match. Well 8 months later, still doesn't match. Paid for 4 outlet deal for bbq, fridge, lights, but only gave me two so something has to stay powered off. Have to remove a fridge to plug in something else. I asked for them to remove their trash and wood pylons. Well, they did but they also took the firewood we had for our new fireplace. They laid sod over irrigation tubing. I was wondering how that sod would stick to the ground... well that sod died. Lastly, for now, they have no idea on billing and what I owe and pay. They asked for final payment in August 16 which I promptly paid on August 21 once they finished the paint on a pavilion post. Came back to me month and half later with an invoice that was never sent to me and stated I owed more money. Just like all businesses, once they snag you they are great until there is someone else spending more money. What started great turned into massive incompetence. Also keep cameras recording as they bill you and state they come to cut your lawn but no one showed last two months... then when called out they show up on Halloween to destroy all decorations to show face that they were there. I will admit, I traveled a lot for work, but the half ass work that happened while I was out was very much shown at my home. Zack was supposed to meet with me in December, they say after I was done traveling and was a no show. The one person that was great was Dan. He was very fast to respond, help, and took care of any issues I had within hours rather than weeks. I was really looking forward to working with them, but like I stated once someone comes at them with a larger project you fall to the back and get the half ass work.

In conclusion, I strongly advise against hiring this company. Never pay a deposit to any contractor until the project is completed to your satisfaction.
