We hired this company last spring to remove several bushes and trees, plant new arborvitae and evergreen trees, and refresh the mulch in our yard. I want to start by saying the crew clearly worked hard--this was a big job that took about five days, and we appreciated the effort they put in. Unfortunately, the quality of the work did not match the time and effort. Three of the large evergreen trees were planted noticeably crooked, and the arborvitae were not planted deep enough. As a result, eight of them died within a relatively short time. When I contacted the company to address the issue, they initially agreed to replace the dead arborvitae. However, after that, communication stopped. They never followed through, did not show up as promised, and ultimately stopped responding to texts altogether. It's disappointing because we invested a significant amount in this project and expected both proper installation and basic follow-up service. While the crew was hardworking, the end result and lack of accountability make it difficult to recommend this company. read more

FIVE STARS FOR GOLDLEAF-- we had a yard that was in need of a serious overhaul but we didn't know exactly what we wanted done nor if the $$ needed would make it possible. Jesus was super responsive and worked with us every step of the way. He came out, surveyed, listened and proposed some wonderful ideas which translated into a beautiful new yard with great curb appeal. They took down 10+ dead trees (including removing stumps), pulled up the old yard, leveled and installed sod, and redid the plant beds, as well as removed some serious weeds and laid down mulch all within 4 days time. They did a great job, they were professional and I would highly recommend them and definitely use them again. We have had many neighbors come by to say how great the yard looks. We used GoldLeaf to reconstruct a flagstone patio that was worn and sinking. They suggested a unique and cost-effective solution that utilized the existing materials and added base stone for setting the flagstones. Then they added colored pea gravel mixed with a binder to keep the gravel stable And fill the spaces between. At the end they skillfully power washed the flag stones and block stairs. The entire area looks better than new! We are very pleased and highly recommended GoldLeaf. read more

This company was hired by my HOA and they do a careless job. They do not think at all when it comes to blowing the grass clippings or leaves. They have damaged plants and various decorations on my patio, which I am most angry about. One day my garage door was up and they literally blew all the debris straight into my garage. I do not understand what they were thinking. I have lived here for 6 years and never once had a problem with our landscaping service until our HOA switched to this company. Their personnel were prompt, efficient, courteous, and the price was fair and reasonable. Their sales representatives Jesus and Ariana, were friendly, personable, and gave helpful advice and suggestions. Their cleanup is so good upon completion, I could hardly tell they were there! Goldleaf landscape company was used for snow removal at my property. When the plow came close to my garage door and it was lifted up the corner of the plow scraped my garage door. When I asked for their insurance info they refused to provide it. This is a company I don't trust and would not recommend using. read more

This company is awful. Just a lot of unsupervised crews that do a halfass job of mowing, trimming, etc. They leave a BIG MESS and could care less. We have had tons of complaints from the homeowners, our HOA hired them, they get worse every year. We call, we complain, they do absolutely NOTHING to fix the problems they created.
