Jim came out the same day I called, a number of my sprinkler heads were leaking. It was easy for him to figure out three of the six valves needed replacing. I had a regular plumber come out a few months back and change all of them but apparently the valves that plumber used weren't the best quality and started to fail again after a couple days. I should have hired them years ago. Although my "gardener" is supposed to check all the stations once a month - and fix them, it's been hit and miss. Hit mostly - as in the water was hitting the house, and ultimately damaged the stucco and custom-made wood windows, leading to a very expensive repair bill for the windows. First of all, Can I say , Jim is the man. I had an issue with an irrigation line about a month ago and he came out and fixed it without an issue. TODAY, my neighbor called me and said Hey is your pipes leaking and Im like Crap again!! I called Jim and he assessed the problem and walked me through solutions.
