He fitted us initially and was extremely rude, (staff kept saying he was a 'new' guy)unhelpful, and even changed the date of my wedding in their system. (Had to correct it 2 times) he also got all of the colors of the vests completely wrong which we also had to correct. and 3 of my groomsmen's (including mine) measurements were wrong, went to try my tux and the pants were way too short. Also had to get a vest last second which was the wrong color from the rest. THAT WE DIDNT FIND OUT UNTIL THE WEDDING!!! If you go here and the guy Trent tries to help you, ask for literally anyone else. Roger was absolutely awesome, literally the best! Trent could learn a few things from that guy, like how to do his job.

There was busy but they were amount staff to handle all the customers if every staff members were helping a customer but they were not. Some were busy talking with each other then helping customers. I had to wait for a while to be helped but I was helped by very nice and friendly gentleman. He helped me with picking out the pants in the colors that I wanted and the size I needed. And then he measured me, so the pants could be tailored. Now the problem...I am US Army Veteran. The Men's Wearhouse has several displays in the store for collecting donation for veterans. So Men's Wearhouse collects donations all year round but it turns out they DO NOT offer discount to veterans...only once or twice per year. And they have the nerve to ask for donations to veterans before you can complete your transaction at the payment screen. To me that seems to be money making for Men's Wearhouse scam and not to help the veterans. As a veteran, I encourage all veterans and veteran organizations to boycott Men's Wearhouse!

As a famine resistant woman I like the opportunity to wear clothes that are attractive and as flattering as they can be on a pudge like me, and I liked the fact that they sold clothes for all sizes. So, I went in hoping that they would have some cute stuff. And they did. I didn't like everything in the store, but I did find a number of tops that I did like and they were much cheaper than Torrid or heaven forbid Lane Bryant. Probably on par with Avenue or a little cheaper even. I found t-shirts with prints for $10 that were cute and flattering and some more tunic style ones that can dress up or down for $20 that I adored. I would have expected similar tops to be 50-75% more at Torrid and 100% more at Lane Bryant. They seemed to have a pretty good selection for bottoms as well but I'd already bought all the bottoms I need so didn't really look for those. The staff was friendly without being pushy or obsequious. They do have the store divided up in regular sizes, plus sizes and little girl sizes. I would prefer TBH to have the plus and regular all together. It always feels a bit Rosa Parks to be delegated to the 'fat' side of the store. But at least it is the same store here, unlike Dress Barn which makes a whole separate entrance for fatties... which is always a bit disconcerting. Most of the clothes were on the casual, business casual, or date nite side rather than truly formal. They also had shoes, purses, jewelry etc. but I didn't really shop those. The clothes were mostly fashionable and they would fit a variety of body shapes. I will definitely go back - it's hard to find cute clothes for cheap especially in larger sizes. I think the sizes went up to 28 but I am not sure. I didn't have trouble finding my size which is on the lower end of the plus spectrum.

My friend…read moreand I stopped by on Friday, February 28, 2025, around 12:30 p.m. As soon as we entered, a blonde woman at the register, wearing an olive green jacket, approached me and began to follow me around the small shop. It was quite apparent that she was keeping a close eye on me. My friend has a lighter skin tone, while I have a darker complexion, and it felt like the staff's attention was directed at me in a negative way. The other employees were also blonde with fair skin, and one had light brown hair but still appeared fair. The woman in the olive green jacket was not monitoring my friend or the other customers, which was disheartening. I had heard from friends in various parts of California about the racism faced by people of color, but I had never personally encountered such unwelcoming treatment until today. The experience I had at the store, where I felt discriminated against because of my darker skin tone, is completely unacceptable and highlights a breakdown in customer service and inclusivity. It was troubling, and I felt singled out and uneasy during my visit, which contradicts the standards of effective customer service and professionalism. When customers feel unwelcome or face discrimination, it can greatly affect their overall experience and may drive them to seek alternatives. In this instance, I decided not to support a business that made me feel unwelcome and discriminated against. I hope the business owner(s) will recognize and address issues of racism or discrimination to foster a safe and inclusive environment. While I understand that businesses have the right to determine how they treat their customers, the way I was mistreated, profiled, and discriminated against is intolerable. I hope this raises awareness for other people of color regarding such behaviors and the lack of customer service they may encounter in this establishment. The staff is always friendly and helpful when I'm looking for a specific book. My daughter has also inherited a love for books and ask to come here at least once a month. I also always go check out their clearance section to see what gems I can find. The last time I went I loved that they have books based on heritage and cultural observations, this month the had a section that showcased Pride books. I look forward to going back again soon.

After a staff lunch one day one of my coworkers convinced us to take a detour to Keeping Up with the Joneses before we headed back to work. I am so glad I did. This little shop is the perfect size. It's small, quaint, and has just enough to browse without being overwhelming. We started with the clearance rack outside and the clothes were so cute! The sales are really good! One of my coworkers scored a gorgeous blue and white work dress and a pink and coral lace dress for a wedding reception--both on sale for $50! They had some cute white shirts with black printed sayings on them. I got two that said "Chanel and Champagne" although I was really in love with the "You had me at Merlot" shirt. They just didn't have it in my size. :-( The sizes available go up to size 14. If you look hard enough you can find some items in XXL, but the selection is small, so keep an open mind. I plan to regularly stop by to see what is on sale and maybe fall in love with more of their clothes. I spotted some gorgeous dresses and tops, but again my size wasn't available. There's a small fitting room in the shop. It's located in the back of the store, which is also where Aria Salt is (they share the space). One thing that I really love is that the material of the clothes felt thick and durable. You can tell the clothes are well made and will last. The owner was friendly and helpful, giving tips on what kind of shoes went with my coworker's dresses and ringing us up quickly. I also scored two large stemless wine glasses for 50% off each. I'm loving my new wine glasses! Can't wait to go back to Keeping up with the Joneses!

I love their wide variety of Barbour items, although my wallet does not! The store is impeccably tidy. Everything was neatly hung and folded. I could easily find my size and I swear not a single item was wrinkled! Lauren helped me with my purchase and she was so nice! She was very friendly without being overbearing and I really appreciated her warm welcome. We chatted for a few minutes and it was like meeting a new friend! I can't wait to come back to Orvis again soon. They're dog friendly, so I'll be back with my dog next time.
