The cat groomer, Wende, is amazing! She's so kind and sweet, and she obviously really does love…read morewhat she does. She talked to me for as long as I needed to answer all of my questions and reassure me when we did our initial intake on the phone, and then during the appointment she took amazing and patient care of my Miss Kitty. She also gave her an adorable "report card" at the end and I got a few little goodies as well as a treat for Miss Kitty to take home. And let me tell you, Miss Kitty was in mighty need of a groom. She looked like a tuxedo version of the cat from Pet Semetary and by the time she was done she looked like a completely different cat. She's so much happier and comfortable now and no longer trying to pull her fur out. I'm definitely going to bring her back regularly, and I'm going to bring my other cat along too next time! The place is professional and clean, with great staff. There is a bathroom that is available if you need to use it, a very comfortable bench to sit on if you need to wait, and a working clock in the waiting room. There is parking directly in front of the shop and you can even park right in front of the door itself so you don't have to walk far. Wende went above and beyond for Miss Kitty and I love her for that.

They always come home looking super handsome - coats are clean, de-shed, and smooth; nails are trimmed; ears are clean. The bandanas are a nice touch and always make the pups look extra cute. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I was nearly full term pregnant at one visit and the owner helped me load my larger dog into the car. At our most recent visit, our dogs came home ready to go to prom with these adorable bow ties. We'll be back!

After one phone session and one in person session we are highly impressed and can already tell the difference that working with her and learning from her will make. Highly recommend!

First and foremost, this is a 3 vet practice. The front office staff and techs are very nice and…read moreefficient. I have always asked for one vet in particular when scheduling our dog's appointments. Dr. Joe is personable and caring. He is willing to take the time to hear what the concerns are and help you to determine a plan of action to solve the problem. We think very highly of him. I was warned by many people about his wife, Dr. Colleen, when we were asking around for recommendations of a vet. We were told she was brash and abrasive and to do our best to schedule with Dr. Joe. After going to him for some time, we started having a behavioral problem with our dog, and the office staff suggested we schedule an appt with Dr. Colleen who focuses on behavioral stuff. I figured,"she can't be as bad as people say." I don't get my feathers ruffled about much. But this lady topped it. She was everything people say and more. We walked out of the training appointment before it ever really got started. She was confrontational, demeaning and just plain RUDE. I don't think she realizes that vet medicine isn't just about treating or training the animal. There has to be some level of professional courtesy extended to the person who is with the animal as well. I would highly recommend Dr. Joe and even the other vet, who we only saw once. But as was recommended to me... try not to schedule with Dr Colleen. She might be talented at what she does with the animals, but she has a lot to learn about how to treat people. Especially when you are a owner in the business.
