When I hadn't heard any additional updates, I sent a follow up email on June 2 regarding shipment and delivery of the pen I ordered, as I am out of province. Then I got a call from my bank stating that my credit card needed to be cancelled due to 3 recent fraudulent charges. When I looked at my credit card statement, the 3 charges were all in QC (I do not live in QC province). Then on June 3, I received an email from webmaster@stylo.ca with an update stating "Sorry inventory error" and asking if I'd like to choose a similar item for shipping without delay or cancel the order. I cancelled the order and funds were returned to my account, but not before incurring fraudulent charges totaling over $975.

Lots of variety, great customer service (before shipping they realized they had run out of one of the pens I was looking for and emailed me to give me options), and excellent packing. So check well before you order anything from them as french an english sites don't have the same info always. I ordered a Tablet 3 days ago to be shipped to a physical location of the enterprise and I was told to receive it today (picking it up at the site) between 9h and 17h. At 15h I receive an e-mail saying that it will take 7 to 14 days more as the stocks they had runned off. So WTF they had to tell me that before as I already bought accesories for that tablet. Now I have to wait 14 more days, almost until the day Transformer Prime will be avaible to buy. Don't deal with they online, do it if you pass by one of their stores. Sorry sir, you have to WAIT 48 hours to do a return, our system does not allow AN INSTANT return. I went back in the store, 48 hours later, processed the return and told it will take up to 5 business days to receive the refund, so NOT INSTANT? Clearly this business is not on the samw level as their competitors where you can buy, return and get refunded instantly! Last time I do business with an outdated system!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT BUREAU EN GROS!!! Went to the shop to buy a projector. Only 2 old models…read moreavailable on display. I was told that the other models are only available thru the website, no other options available. Went on website of Bureau enGros (Steples) on black Friday bought and settled in full $633 through my credit card and delivery scheduled in 4 days. On the auspicious day, no delivery. Checked my mail, order has been cancelled for no reason. The phone number on the cancellation mail to contact them is completely wrong. Found the their number on google, called, spend 2 hours on the phone, transferred from person to person. Finally, they explained that the card did not pass, but the amount was debited and refunded. The order was placed again, my bank account was debited again, for quick delivery, the order was placed at St-Bruno shop address. Sales person confirmed that everything is ok that time, told me to wait for 2 hours for delivery and to pick up the item there. After 3 hours, checked my mail, the order was cancelled again. Called the customer service again to know the reason, this time I asked to speak to a supervisor. The customer service person said they don't have any supervisor there and cut the line. What a horrible experience. I think that this shop is advertising fake promotion and scam customers. I have wasted time and lost all potential deals in other shops. You should be ashamed!!!! Be careful fellows!!!!
