There's plenty of seating space available. Service was good and pretty prompt. For starters, we ordered the fish tacos. These were large and filling enough to have as a meal. I wanted to try the Fire Burger as seen on TicTok, but I was told that they no longer had it available. We ended up ordering the Smash Burgers as our entree. Saw this spot on TikTok and decided to check it out. I have mixed feelings overall but definitely some highlights! Service was amazing -- the staff was super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Food came out quick too, which was a big plus. The vibe is very brunchy/artsy with neon lights and murals, super cute for pictures. We started with the loaded fries with pork belly and the truffle mac & cheese with fried chicken. Both were SO good. The mac & cheese was creamy and flavorful, and the crispy chicken on top gave it the perfect balance (not an overwhelming truffle taste either). The loaded fries were tasty, cheesy, and I actually liked the raw onion for a fresh crunch. Huge portions too, perfect for sharing. For mains, we tried the mini sliders, volcano burger, smash burger, and a cocktail. The sliders were a win -- tasty and just the right size. The volcano burger was the only letdown... the patty was overcooked/burnt and not hot, and the cheese was kind of runny. The smash burger on the other hand was HUGE (three patties!) so if you don't eat much it might be too much, but definitely filling. Overall: amazing service, fun vibe, appetizers were the star of the show, and while some of the burgers fell short, I might come back to try more of the menu. The A/C was up very high. It was very cold inside the small restaurant. They have a VIP area off to the side that peaked our curiosity. This place is ridiculously slow. I had asked for my "smash" burger to be on a brioche bun instead of the croissant. my waiteess said "they are out of buns and everyone's burger will be coming on croissants" 40 minutes later and burger were served on buns. My party of 5 waited for 45 minutes. I went inside and told the hostess our wait time is up. When I told her, she told me she couldn't seat us because they're understaffed. Walked to this cute burger spot in San Juan. Waited outside in their waiting area (that had great photo opportunities) for about 15 minutes. They sat my husband and I soon after that. Some of them do speak English for those who don't know Spanish (me). We ordered our cool nitrogen drinks. Half of us ordered the "La Fórmula" and "La Solución." Both drinks were fruity and good. I love that they put candy in them. They also have a big size of each for $25, if you want to share as a group. My drink (La Fórmula) was kinda sour which I liked. For our meals we mostly all had a Lab Burger and fries. My one friend got the Truffle Mac and Cheese and she enjoyed it. As for the burger it was not the best. I don't think there was much seasoning because it definitely had more of a ground beef taste. I had to use a lot of ketchup on it for more taste. The fries were great! Prices are not too crazy. Brand new spot that is still prepping for inside dining for now. They are famous on Instagram for their drinks and burgers. The rainbow burger was good but the bread was too dense. Perhaps the extra food coloring made it this way, I didn't quite enjoy the the bread. The fries were very well seasoned and was heavy on garlic on the thinner pieces of the wide cut fries. However, the fries that were served were not very many and they were soggy. This won't stop me from coming back again though. They are new and understandably will have some kinks in the beginning.
