Seems more burger-centric than Philly-centric. While the Philly menu is limited, it sticks to the basics. You order a kiosk and then someone from the counter will call your name when it's ready. Philly Cheese Steak: Good enough for a Philly in Florida. The steak was thin and griddled nicely. A good amount of Cheez Whiz. The bread was soft and chewy, though not the traditional Philly style. It hit the spot for a late night treat. Herbed Fries: Like regular fries, but cooler. The fresh parsley gives it a nice pop. Crunchy, salty and a good pairing.

Decided to give it a try. Happy we did! I had the chicken sandwich and it was hot, fresh and tasty! My mom had the chicken strips and fries, also a tasty treat. Service was helpful and friendly. Parking is tough during busy hours but worth it. It was clean, music playing and bright.

I was craving a cheesesteak for lunch on a Monday and stopped in to order takeout. Using the kiosk at the front was easy, but I didn't find an easy way to get cheese on the side for my fries. I was taking the order to go, so I didn't want the fries to get soggy. Although, I initially wanted the regular fries, last minute I ordered the ripple fries, which I'd later regret. The ripple fries were tasty and hot, but too soft. That could have also been from the container, which could benefit from some air holes. I ordered the cheese wiz at the front and that was good! The cheesesteaks itself was pretty good. The ingredients were good quality. I would order it again. The cost is a bit pricey. A cheesesteak with extra cheese and fries was almost $26.71! I didn't wait long at all for my order. Maybe about 10 minutes. The packaging of the cheesesteak was cute and well cared for. I'll likely return, especially since they have a lot of open hours.

A pretty decent selection of burgers and the smash burger I got was flavorful and we'll presented. Beer on taps were limited but I got a Modelo that went well with the burger. The place appeared clean and they had a lot of seats.

We've only been in Miami Beach for TWO days... and we've already eaten here THREE times. If that doesn't tell you everything you need to know, I don't know what will. First of all--Ziad is awesome. Friendly, fast, and makes you feel like you've been coming here for years. And the food? Let's just say we're dangerously close to becoming regulars even though we're on vacation. The burgers are juicy, the Philly is next-level delicious, and everything comes out hot, fresh, and perfect every single time. Miami Beach has great restaurants, but this place? This is the one you end up craving again before you've even walked out the door. Highly recommend! If you come once, don't be surprised if you're back two more times before the day is over.

Just got off a cruise and we decided to extend the vacation at the beach. After a few days of drinking on a ship nothing is as appealing as getting a burger. This place puts more into the decor and presentation than the actual food and service. This was my first time trying this place and my last. I am a Miami resident btw.. The food wasn't terrible but the girl at the front needs to work on her customer service. I asked for jalapeños on my chicken Philly she said NO should have added when ordering at the kiosk. Really?? They hadn't even started making my order yet. Then I received my order and I asked for bbq sauce. She said NO. I'm looking at the bbq sauce in the refrigerator behind the counter...I'm like Really??? Who is stingy on condiments.. My advice give out lower quality to go bags if that'll free up some room to give your paying customers condiments. This place is amazing! Sitting directly on the Miami beachfront this place has the best views to enjoy the best food. I had to apologize to wife for such a poor experience. Bad husband! Also, I believe the operation was being managed or run by a small family of 4/5 people with no hospitality, culinary, or service experience. Finally, for $100, I never have to go there again.
