Not that this place was terrible - it was just not exciting, very bland and boring just as how it sounds. Idk how they are still open. I don't mean to throw shade but just speaking facts in comparison to much better places like Pura Vida. Went here with my ex back in 2021. Nope- I do not miss him lol and I do not miss this sandwich either- what terrible taste to take me here oh goodness. Make a new restaurant at least with a new name and fresh renovations- I know you guys can do better.

The bagel breakfast was good. Just what you expect. The Classic Benedict was really good. I ordered the truffle hollandaise sauce and it was delicious, the right amount of truffle to give it flavor but not too overwhelming. I also ordered the matcha latte iced and I wouldn't recommend it that much, very watery and little flavor.

Local House is attached to a hotel and is right on the beach. It was super nice to sit outside with the view of palm trees and the ocean breeze. The smoked salmon Benedict tasted very fresh and the poached eggs were cooked perfectly. The breakfast potatoes were solid and very crispy as well. They also have lobster options which looked great as well!

We absolutely enjoyed this place for a great breakfast/ brunch. They had some good options... The goat cheese croquettes (not pictured) also very good. We enjoyed the kale salad too! I thought the space and decor was also nice... Our server was sweet and attentive. Highly recommend for a great brunch spot!

This place was located just down from our hotel. It's a quaint little place with amazing food! I went with the seabass while my travel partner opted for the salmon (and doesn't usually eat seafood). Service was great. Since gratuity is automatically added to your bill, it's nice to see people still provide good service. I will definitely come back if I'm in the area!

We LOVED this spot. Got to sit outside in comfy chairs with the ocean breeze and enjoy some really fanatic crab brunch options. The lobster eggs benefit and lobster roll were both fantastic. We really enjoyed the quality and taste of the food. The atmosphere was probably our favorite part -- the outdoor seating makes for the perfect Miami Beach brunch.

Clean , spaciouroom , delicious food, They cater to you. Even though we came at a very busy time , we were taken care of beginning to end. I can't say enough for this establishment. I love it

This place is so cute! Intimate and small, seating is limited, but there's outdoor seating as well. Beautiful decor, so summery and welcoming. We came around 4pm and they were nice enough to let us order a few bites as the kitchen transitions to the dinner menu and they don't serve food normally after 4. There's a happy hour cocktail menu Tues-Sun between 4 and 6. I ordered an aperol spritz, my hubby ordered a Summer Air (Prosecco, elderflower, peach and lavender bitters). Mom ordered a passionfruit margarita from the happy hour menu (margaritas flavors rotate). My daughter ordered a Brez Flow, which is a non alcoholic drink and she loved it! For food, we got a kids menu pasta w marinara, chicken fingers. Also an order of calamari, and my hubs and Mom split a smash burger which they were kind enough to cut in half. Delicious and friendly service!

Read rave reviews about the key lime french toast and as a french toast lover, I made it my business to try it before I left this weekend. It was honestly just okay. Nothing I'd crave or have to come back for. The presentation was beautiful. Tons and tons of whipped cream. It's definitely not worth the price of almost $20 for 3 slices (1.5 pieces of bread). It doesn't come with sides either, so you hav ego add your proteins individually. I also tried the watermelon juice. It was really crisp and refreshing, but the melon it was made from wasn't very sweet. My partner got the pancakes and said they were the worst she'd ever had and described them as tasting like "cardboard". She ended up sending it back and swapping for avocado toast, which she enjoyed. The service was not good. Polite, when you could catch someone - yes, but severely lacking in attentiveness. We literally did not see our server at all for about 25 minutes. We sat there waiting with empty plates and the hostess who was going back and forth to the podium whisked past us tons of times without a care. Eventually I asked her to please send our server so that we could have the check. She said she would. More time passed. Eventually a busser came by to gather the dishes and I also asked them to send the server. More time passes. We spent more time trying to get the check than we did ordering and eating, which was frustrating. Also, I do not mind dog friendly restaurants, and enjoying bringing my own pup along sometimes. But this place was different. They literally allowed people to have their dogs sitting up in chairs at the tables like humans! Another guest's dog quite literally had his FEET on the table. And I spent most of my meal being violated by a dog's very poopy butt. Yuck.

First and foremost, do not waste your time or money coming here…read more As a Miami native, I was genuinely disappointed by both the food and the level of service. Unfortunately, neither lived up to expectations. We started with the "jumbo" wings, which were anything but jumbo. We received only flats, and they were some of the smallest wings I've ever been served. After bringing this to the staff's attention, we were told the manager would take 50% off the order. However, when the bill arrived, we were informed that the manager had already left and the discount could no longer be honored. Instead, we were given only the $4 happy hour discount, despite being promised otherwise. For our entrées, we ordered the brisket sandwich and the half chicken. Neither was worth ordering. The chicken lacked the crispy texture it was advertised to have, and the brisket was bland and without flavor. The sandwich was also supposed to come with truffle fries, but instead we were served cold, plain fries. After mentioning it, the solution was to bring us a side of truffle oil and Parmesan cheese and ask us to mix it ourselves. The service was equally disappointing. We asked our server twice for drink refills, but she never brought them. We eventually had to flag down another server just to get our beverages refilled. Overall, this was a frustrating dining experience from start to finish. Between the poor-quality food, unfulfilled promises regarding the bill, and inattentive service, this restaurant fell well below the standard I would expect from a Miami establishment. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves one. I sincerely hope management addresses these issues because the current level of food quality and customer service is simply unacceptable. and quality is embarrassing for miami.

We were seated right next to the pool, but our table happened to be directly in front of the spot where everyone stopped to take photos. We stayed in the Azure suite, Our room was stunning and was ready a few hours early, which allowed us to start enjoying our stay right away with a bottle of bubbly the hotel sent up. We changed into our swimsuits and headed straight to the pool. The next morning was my favorite part of the stay, since only hotel guests have access to the pool before the restaurant opens, it was much quieter and the perfect way to enjoy such a beautiful setting. The only downside was that the hotel is extremely loud at night. We knew what to expect from reading previous reviews, so it wasn't a surprise, but it's worth mentioning. I was also a little disappointed by the restaurant service, which felt indifferent and not especially welcoming. Despite those drawbacks, the beauty, history, and overall experience made for a memorable stay!

The berries stay whole and tart instead of melting into jam. That restraint is what separates precision from indulgence. The avocado toast comes with radish shaved thin and microgreens that aren't buried, just placed. The plating is considered, not theatrical. Big difference. The benedicts work. Hollandaise holds the emulsion, the eggs are cooked to the yolk, the proteins don't bleed. The pancakes (key lime, pistachio, Belgium ganache) are where they let personality show, but the base is always solid. The plain croissant is $5 and tastes like they're not cutting corners.
