HORRIFIC. absolutely shocked by the experience we just had at this place. not being from the area we walked in for our first time , the girl behind the counter had both earphones in , while having earphones in she proceeds to take our order, the energy was okay at first then we asked to take off an appetizer on the order, so she flips her screen and tells us, how we aren't listening to her and we need to not be going back and forth on her cause she had mental issues, the moment we knew we HAD to leave was went she said "you really shouldn't be messing with someone that makes your food". implying she was going to mess with our food. the thing is i'm in the food service industry and i understand how situations can be so i make sure to never be that rude costumer to someone who is providing service for me. we didn't want to cause a scene because we really were just confused by the switch in her attitude on us, so we just said we can just go. and then she's yelling at us out the door saying she doesn't need our money and how we had such big attitudes and all we wanted to do was exit the god awful situation she had created. we went down the street to burgerfi where the staff we're super kind and respectful to us , walking back down to our hotel we unfortunately had to walk past munchees where we see the same girl sitting down on her phone while a man was waiting at the counter trying to get her attention. now we understand why the place looked dirty and run down. the girl that has dark hair, facial piercings and a jack skellington beanie needs to honestly be fired and checked on how to treat people like human beings. read more

I was very surprised with the fast delivery glad to order online, the page was very easy to navigate. I wanted to tried their version of the Mushroom Swiss Melt Deluxe and a classic hotdog. The burger was delicious, the bun was crispy and the lettuce and tomatoes were fresh, I appreciated the amount of mushrooms and very good quality on the meat patty. The cheese was melted and the bacon was crispy and cooked well. Overall it tasted very good. The burger comes with regular fries but I substituted them for sweet potatoes. They were very crunchy, generous amount served and I liked that they weren't salty. I also ordered a hotdog, that unfortunately I will described as dull, the bun was burned and the onions and sausage wasn't tasty. Didnt received any condiments, or napkins or straws. Since I ordered 2 sodas. There is a subcharge for delivery $5 and total amount of the order was about $34. read more

Went in, ordered a cheeseburger, and a masterpiece was brought out to me within 10 minutes. Asked for it to be medium and it was perfectly cooked, with beautiful presentation; bun was toasted so no soggy bun and the fries stayed crispy while taking to go. Would 10/10 reccomend. read more

okay so the chicken tenders were HUGE!! i do so appreciate feeling like i got my money's worth.. and yay leftovers!! a bit on the salty side, but not a deal breaker.. the pub sauce didn't quite do it for me, but that's such a particular thing.. added some mayo and honey and that was nice.. guess i was in the mood for more sweet.. next time i will have to stick with ye olde honey mustard; my favorite.. kid had the chicken breast sandwich which was also monstrous.. she was well pleased.. then i had a vanilla shake, which was nice, but the kid's strawberry shake was fantastic.. and service was friendly and quick.. will return to fulfill my chicken finger needs.. and maybe try a burger.. read more

Place sucks! Went in for the very first time, the lady had earphones in and gave us a menu to look at, I asked what her favorite thing was and she gave me attitude because she had to pull out her music or conversation to take my order. I asked about the chili cheese fries and she said it was a big portion so I was indecisive on what I wanted because I wanted a burger and chili cheese fries she said I could get the burger with a side of chili cheese fries to make it a even portion. Then my girlfriend ordered a burger with some fries. When coming timing to pay it seemed a bit off and she showed me the bill and it had an extra order of chili cheese fries on it and I asked to take off the order and the chick behind the counter belittled us because of whatever issues she had going on in the moment, verbally told us she had mental issues and that she cooks our food (basically warning us she was going to taint it !) and that it's the holidays and we shouldn't be doing this to people around the holidays (like what?! What do you have going on girl we are confused??? )attacked us right out of the building, never would I ever recommend that place to anyone, not a good vibe to walk into after getting off a relaxing cruise to the Bahamas, nah not it, go somewhere else for a great time. If I could give no stars I would, horrible horrible place. And I hope whatever was going on with her gets ironed out, wouldn't wish the vibe we got onto anyone on this planet. I was pleasantly surprised with the food quality and taste, sure didn't expect it from this hole in the wall. The Mac n cheese my son so desperately wanted was of better quality and tasted better than some restaurants. I shared a Caesar salad and a steak sandwich with my cousin. Loved their caesar dressing but the chicken could have had a bit more flavor. The steak sandwich was pretty delicious, I enjoyed every bite. This hole-in-the-wall eatery, with minimalist decor, has an excellent basic hot dog. It is a skinless Sabrett, flame grilled. Unfortunately, when I asked for a second hot dog with 'kraut, the sauerkraut was refrigerator-cold. They stated, "People from New York like it that way." I'm from New York, and I recall the pushcart vendors serving heated 'kraut. Beware, or insist that they heat it, if you want it that way. The roll is average, as are the french fries. The battered onion rings were thin, and few in number, but had a good oniony flavor. The two-person staff was very polite and friendly. If you are walking around the Mid-Beach area, and are in the mood for a good hot dog, this is the place to go - just remember the cold 'kraut. Seating is limited to two tables inside, and two tables on the sidewalk. I came particularly to try the hot dogs, but there are many other snack food items on the menu. You can see many of them in the photo of the menu board. The Italian sausage with peppers and onions on a roll that a neighboring diner ordered looked quite good. read more

Very good snack spot. It's so close to the beach location and if need to come of the beach and need a fast not expensive meal this is the spot to go to. I got 3 chicken tacos . It was 10$ . Great price fast service and good food. I ate lunch and was back at the beach. If in need of inexpensive good food this is the spot . They got Cuban sandwiches tacos etc . And so near beach walkable distance totally convenient. There is outdoor seating and indoor seating . But there are many pigeons near the outdoor seatings. Very meh. Got it delivered through Yelp cause we'd been traveling all day and just wanted something to eat before we crashed. Two burgers and fries and jalapeño poppers - burgers were meh. We liked the Fat Jonny (I think that was the name), but didn't like the regular cheeseburger at all. Had a weird chemical/perfume-y sweet taste we never could figure out. Fries were standard cheap sub/pizza joint, fine, nothing special. The jalapeño poppers were ok, but came with sweet chili sauce, which wasn't a good-tasting mix to us. Really good prices for what South Beach is. Very friendly customer service. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable here. It's definitely worth a shot for you to try once if you're in the area. They have a good assortment of healthy choices also. I had the fried fish sandwich... really good size and it filled me up. Burgers and fries. Very very solid. The staff is friendly and one of the customers greeted us by letting us know this was the best food in Miami. Food is solid and tasty. I would not suggest getting anything less than medium in their burgers though. I'm a medium rare type of gal when it comes to burgers and few do it right. This place does not hit the mark. The fries are tasty and plentiful. I had the bacon cheeseburger. It was very filling and the bacon was especially tasty. It's nice to sit out on the sidewalk and just bathe in the good weather. This is a little luncheonette located across the street from our hotel on the main drag in Miami Beach, Collins Avenue. The front windows need cleaning and they are covered with various posters and flyers taped all over them. (I'd deep-six most of that.) The interior decor is cute and funky but they have cartons and crates of stuff piled here and there. You'd think it'd be against the fire code. There's no service. That's ok with me; it was the weekend. On to the food: Jalapeño poppers- Pretty good, not soggy, fruity dipping sauce was yummy. The cream cheese inside was not creamy at all but they were fresh. Chicken Tenders- Large portion, large chicken tenders. I was not too impressed with the batter. It was like shake-n-bake style. I prefer a thick batter. They were tasty though and they have various sauces to pick from. Fish-n-Fries- Fries were soggy and there were only two pieces of fish, which in my opinion were a tad on the greasy side. The fish tasted good and was fresh. FatBoy Burger- It was a boring burger even though it has bbq sauce, cheese and an onion ring on it. I asked for it medium-well and it came practically burnt. No fries included. As far as delivery burgers in my area, I prefer the burgers at East Side down the street. PROS: Open late, delivery and pretty reasonable prices. I always used to order delivery from here! I used to get the bacon cheeseburger and fries. Not the healthiest option (sure) but was it worth it? Yes! Delivery was always pretty speedy. I would occasionally toss the fries back into my oven to make them crunchy again (but that's just because I like my fries crispy). Anyway, the burger was huge and always cooked the way I asked and delicious! I would, for the most part, only eat half and then either give the other portion to someone else or save it for later. I give this place 5 stars because: 1) the terrace ambiance was incredible. I travel to a lot of cities every year and this place was very calm, it felt intimate and was enjoyable. 2) incredible service! Our server Marlon was knowledgeable, attentive and kind. He made the experience even better with his expertise. 3) the food- I had the applewood beef short ribs and they were incredible. They melted as I cut into them with my fork.
