It was a cool Wednesday night, when we walked into the little restaurant hidden behind a tree. Surrounded my numerous other shops, it was one hard to find. But boy am I glad I found it. The food is awesome! It's like a gourmet Five Guys. You get to pick a burger (or hot dog or whatever you want) add toppings and they make exactly what you ask for. I had the Bacon cheeseburger with onion rings. Finished every bite of it. They also have great looking desserts, although I was too full to try one. But the reason this little joint gets five stars is because of their outstanding customer service. Not only was the food great but they really care about their customers! The burger was well proportioned with a plethora of condiments and steak sauce options (however, they did not have a fried egg option - I like my burgers with a fried egg). The wings came out crispy. Very good and underrated burger. It does require a bit of a wait for the food, but that's because they are carefully crafting your burger to make it taste the best. It is well worth the wait. The burgers are obviously amazing, as are they turkey burgers, for those more health-conscious. If you like hot sauce, ask for their seasoned hot sauce (they call it flaming hot or something) - its much better, thanks to a few spices. My only complaint, and it is very minor, is that their balsamic vinegarette is too heavy, but that is entirely acceptable at an inexpensive burger joint. read more

They have nice Firm Potato bread style Buns, and the meat is dry and has that typical grilled flavor you would get cookout... Matter of fact, it reminds of a place called "cookout grill" in NC. The fries were a let down, should have said no salt, because they were greasy and brown and too salty. Would have been more satisfied going to Five guys. Only thing i liked the most was the buns and the fact that my burger was not dripping in oil, but taste and quality is off. This was our first visit to Burger Bros. We decided to phone the order in so we wouldn't have to wait so long. The man told us 15 minutes. When we arrived we probably waited another 15 minutes to get our order. We ordered a bacon cheeseburger and a regular cheeseburger with a large order of onion rings. Sadly the burgers were overcooked and dry. We were stunned after reading so many fabulous reviews. The onion rings on the other hand were very good, not greasy and nice and crispy. I was tempted to call after we eat to inform the manager of our disappointment but in light of everything that's going on we just decided to forget about it. Not sure if we will try them again.
