This NKOTB (if you're a late 80s, early 90s baby, you'll understand the reference! I had a serious hankering for wings, and to my surprise, they really hit the spot. I ordered quickly without fully checking out the menu, but I was pleasantly surprised by how extensive it was -- there's something for almost every palate. My wings were fried to perfection. Even though they were mostly flash-fried, there was something about them that made them stand out from the usual. The dry rub wasn't overly salty, and they weren't fried so hard that reheating them later was an issue. The fried rice, while typical, was loaded with veggies and fried egg. I didn't even need soy sauce or yum yum sauce -- it was delicious just as it was! I even took some to work the next day, pairing it with leftover salmon my husband made for dinner. The staff was very friendly, and the manager (possibly the owner) was great, making sure I had everything I needed to include grabbing condiments before I left. The space was open, bright, colorful, and felt exceptionally clean. I really hope they keep up the good work and don't slack off over time. We need places like this to stick around -- especially since I've got my eye on the onion rings and fried okra for next time! read more

This place was new to us, on our way home. First off, the young lady who greeted us was very friendly, and very helpful explaining their menu. The establishment was incredibly clean including the bathrooms which is a telltale sign as to how clean the place is. Now to the food. We both got fries and ate most of them hot in the car on the way home. Very good and that was without catsup or malt vinegar. The burger tasted good but was overcooked and partner said "a little thin." The roll, cheese, lettuce, sauce was good. The wings were good-the size were substantial. The Buffalo hot sauce was a little sweet and spicyness was on point. The Carolina sauce was very good. Will probably stop again if opportunity presents itself and we are in the area. read more

First time coming here at this new location in Reisterstown. Nice clean atmosphere. Plenty of tables to sit at with tvs to watch. Staff was patient and friendly as I took my time to look over the menu and decide my order. I ordered the combo of wings with the ranch dry seasoning with fried rice. Upgraded to shrimp fried rice. Ranch wings were pretty good and fried well. You get a nice size portion of the fried rice. Yum yum sauce is included. Didn't have to wait long for my food to come out. First, the service was amazing! The employee who helped was very informative. I had an order of buffalo wings and a cheesesteak combo. I let the employee know I like my wings fried hard and crunchy. He told me about the option for the wings to be fried for 15 or 20 minutes. I chose 15, which was crispy, but I would go for 20 minutes on my next visit to get the skin more to my liking. The burger patties are the size of the regular McDonalds hamburger size and they tell you it's a 1/4lb, more like 1/16th lb!!! First time trying this place. I have noticed it since they began to build the store. There is never a crowd, never seems to be busy. I ordered the cheese steak and fries, paid extra for lettuce and tomatoes on it. Welll, the meal was bland. The lettuce and tomatoes were chopped, and overflowing out the top of the sandwich. The steak was chopped finely, and the onions were not noticiable. There was no seasoning on the sandwich amd the fries. The price for the tomatoes and lettuce were not worth the value. Okay, here's the deal!! Do Not Patronize This Franchise Business in Owings Mills, Maryland! The wings are pretty good however, the manager or owner is very rude, disrespectful, has poor customer service skills and appears to be a racist foreigner. He thinks he can say and do whatever he pleases because he is the manager! I called on the phone to place a order of wings; I knew that I wanted lemon pepper which is a top seller and asked what other seasonings did he have that was popular. He/the manager responded that he has 27 flavors and wouldn't tell me all of them. The manager proceeded to say, that he had other customers and had to wait on them then he hung up the phone on me! I decided to drive there to place my order. I ate a snack from a container while driving there. When I entered the door, I threw the food container in the WNB factory trash can then proceeded to place my order. The manager who was the only one taking food orders did not wait on me but instead used his phone to look up, whether I could throw trash in his trash can while in military uniform? He then told me after searching around on his cell phone; that throwing trash in his trash can while in military uniform was illegal, that he just looked it up! He refuse to serve me/take my order and told me that I had to leave his fast food franchise; that it's privately owned! I was shocked, appalled and discriminated against!! This man is crazy! It's a clean restaurant with plenty of space to sit and enjoy your meal. I didn't try a burger, but I did get wings. The wings are just as good as any that you would get at America's Best or somewhere similar. read more

My daughter found this gem first. She ordered a double stack burger for my husband, tenders, fried rice and loaded fries. Upon getting home the fries were missing and the restaurant didn't answer when trying to call back so a list of money because we could not reach them. Outside if missing fries they enjoyed the food (I did taste a tender, which was good not dry). So a week later I ordered the same burger for my husband, onion rings and tenders. I taste the burger and yes it was excellent, nice and juicy, good flavor and portion size was good, onion rings were fair nothing exceptional and tenders were tender and good taste. I will be back but I strongly suggest you check your bag before leaving because they don't answer the phone. read more

A phone order was placed on 8/29 for 2 combo meals, this process took 20 min and when the order was picked up it was incorrect. I was missing part of the order and the wrong onions were on my sub. When I attempted to call back I was informed the person taking the order was not even at the restaurant, it was a 3rd party! I drove 10 min to the store to have this corrected and was greeted with an ATTITUDE and no assistance. I requested to have my sub remade , due to the fact it was now cold. I didn't want hot fries and a cold, soggy sub. The manager ignored me for over 5 min than walked away never to return. When I asked if he was going to help me, he replied NOPE! He than refused to provide me with any contact information for the owner of the store.
