Okay so this is partly my fault, let me explain... Recently I've seen that Burger King released a chicken sandwich, not that whimsy one day have always had but a "hand battered" one. Usually I stick to my Popeyes and Chick Fil A when it comes to chicken sandwiches (cough cough, Popeyes is better) but today, well tonight, I decided to giver Burger King a shot. Okay, so the location in my area is open late so after work I decided to stop by (estimated time of arrival : 10:45 pm) and swoop in. First of all, I'm not the kind to complain, however for the only 2 cars in the drive thru, including myself, my food came out way longer than expected. The chicken sandwich by itself was 5 and some high change which is quiet pricy compared to their competition so my expectations where high. So after what seemed like 15 minutes of me just looking at the worker laugh and have a grand ol time, I finally received my food. I ripped open that thang and immediately embraced my sandwich but Uh Oh, not a hint of warmth coming from it. Great so not only did I wait a long time for my food but just for it to not even be fresh !! Whatever, I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt just because I came late but let's begin with the bite. So my first bite, want to guess what happened? I was quickly attacked by the toughness of the batter of the chicken. It wasn't a bad bite though, if it had been fresh it would have been amazing but since it wasn't I could only imagine. The sandwich in itself was really flavorful and the pickles added a much needed tang to my bite. All in all, there's potential in this experience and maybe I'll come in a earlier hour to really get the freshness my mouth deserved. read more

I heard that BK started "making" mozzarella sticks. How bad could it have been it's only mozzarella sticks right? Wrong! What i received from this place is nothing less than fossilized "cheese" (mozzarella?!?) coated in equally disgusting breading. What really got me was the pathetic five dollar reimbursement. I was given toxic breaded "cheese" that was no younger than five or six hours and i cant even fill my belly from theyre pity sorry they really want me to spend more money at this pathetic place. Ordered the Impossible Burger asked for no ketchup because I'm allergic. When I got home it had ketchup. I returned to say it was made wrong and that I know that she didn't make it but that people making food should read tickets. She rudely told me I should've checked it before I drove off. The other one started spewing insults and that I didn't have to go on on. If I didn't like it not to come back. Really these are the kind of people running your business. Where is the apology and customer service. And they threatened me to come inside so I could be showed the way. Really??? Having dinner with my wife. I got double whopper. She got the regular whopper. Got both for $10.00, their current specials. The grilled burger patties are tender and juicy. The counter guy, Albion is very helpful and know what he's doing. The staff are friendly, too. Place is clean and well maintained. Clean and separate bathroom for Men and Women. I have been going to Burger King on St. George's Avenue for the last 4 years. The food has always been hot and served with a smile. The manager of this particular store has always been professional and has maintained a positive outlook no matter how short staffed she has been over the last few years. She seems to always be at the store, working unlimited amount of hours as I am there almost everyday of the year. I would recommend this particular Burger King to anyone who wants a pleasant visit with hot food and service with a smile. read more

I've order from this BK through DoorDash and have gone to the drive thru and 90% of the time I go the Quality of food is awful. Through DoorDash you never receive a correct order. I understand its fastfood and its expected to be terrible food but at least try a little. The meat tastes weird and its never cooked properly. read more

so basically I came to Burger King 20 minutes before close and I asked for fresh nuggets only because every time I go they are stale. I knew it might be a lot to ask so I politely said if it's okay with you guys and it's not too much can I please have them fresh and she proceeded to rudely say the price and to drive up not even a yes or no to my question. I drive up and say I am so sorry if I'm a bother and she cuts me off and says the price again then starts venting to another worker " EVERY NIGHT YO" and I said sorry again! And she said I'm not talking to you. You know if someone is saying sorry constantly you would think to say it's okay or not a problem but totally disregarding it is very weird. Then the worker next to her said do they want any sauce you would think she would then ask what sauce do they want but with an attitude she tells the lady "OH I DONT KNOW" and closes the window. It took a lot in me to not go off because if I can understand that u might be working all day and you are tired and what not look at another perspective because at the end of the day she wasn't the cook and nothing was taking time away from her people were still in line and it took a max of 4 minutes for fresh nuggets......... I don't appreciate how people think they are better than you because we probably worked the same hours today I just don't work at a fast food place where I can f up that food during my shift LOL and I was hungry tf and you are open till midnight so people rolling through before close is expected it's not abnormal no one is gonna think oh let me not do this to them right now IM HUNGRY!!!!! The other worker was very sweet and said i didn't need to be apologizing and there was no problem she had glasses she's there every night about as we'll shout out her making the experience better towards the end. Out of all the fast food places in this town, this one is by far the best!!! Everytime I go there, I am always met with a smile and warm greeting. The staff is always friendly. It is also very, very clean. When looking for a place to sit, there are never dirty tables. They always keep it tastefully decorated. It's always quiet. Where the soda and the ketchup are, it is immaculate. It is never sticky or messy!!! The atmosphere is very nice. Everytime I go, Sirius XM love is always on. The food is always hot!!!! My sister in law bough several cheeseburgers and fries to go and when she brought them home which is only 10 minutes away the food was ice cold. I don't understand what happened but it was food not enjoyed and even wasted.
