Service was fantastic. They were very accommodating and were able to provide my nephew with a high chair. Ambiance was very neat. Eating and having a nice view of the golf course feels very swanky for little ol' Mansfield, OH. I would happily come back as everything on their normal menu looks great!

Pancho's has been open for about three years now, and you can tell they've put a lot of thought into making it welcoming. The restaurant is cutely decorated with Mexican paintings and tasteful little knickknacks, giving it a comfortable, relaxed feel. Even though it was New Year's Day, it wasn't packed -- but there was a nice steady crowd, which is always a good sign. We were seated quickly, greeted right away, and brought complimentary chips and salsa. Both were fresh and really good -- the kind you keep reaching for. I ordered the Pancho's Burrito, which lets you choose your protein. I went with taco meat. It comes loaded with fajita veggies (peppers and onions) and normally topped with red enchilada sauce, but I asked to swap that out for queso cheese sauce instead. There was a small upcharge, but it was totally worth it. The burrito also came with rice and beans, and all of that for $13.99 felt like a great value. The burrito was huge and absolutely delicious -- I could barely finish it. My wife ordered the Pancho's Combo, which included a chicken soft taco, a steak hard taco (she swapped it for ground beef), and a chicken enchilada. It was served with rice, lettuce, sour cream, cheese sauce, and guacamole. She said everything was really good and cooked perfectly. To top it off, we finished with churros, which were cooked to order and served warm with honey and chocolate dipping sauce. A perfect ending to the meal. Service was fast and friendly, thanks to Rina, who did a great job taking care of us. I honestly wish this place was closer to where we live because I'd be here a lot more often. Next time I'm traveling through the area and looking for something to eat, Pancho's Tacos will definitely be my go-to spot. Highly recommend!

Though a bit of a drive, we are very glad to have found it! Very small, two booths and two counter seats, with some eclectic signs adorning the walls. The staff (proprietors?) were very friendly! My wife has a small appetite so she ordered their kids one eggs, toast, and bacon while I ordered their "hearty breakfast ". Our breakfast came out relatively quickly and was very delicious! The "hearty breakfast" is indeed huge and very filling! So happy we stumbled on this little spot collocated with the Lucas Community Center (LCC). BTW, we didn't have any cellphone coverage on T-Mobile in Lucas. We were very happy the the LCC had guest wifi that we could us.
