At first i was being blocked by someone named Aaron pretending to be the Manager, Chrissy who i heard in the background refusing to come to the phone, told Aaron that they would send gift certificates, That was 2 weeks ago. Corporate Burger King should be ashamed of this Restaurant. I had placed my order, and the wait was long! They had one person on the register only, and the counter was busy! Nobody came to help! I've tolerated this place for years simply because there is very little competition in the area. They have different hours listed in the mobile app than what ever the actual hours are. It said the drive thru was open until 10 PM and the lights were on. The app will even let you make an order and take your payment, but when you get to the drive thru at 9:15 PM they just ignore you until you go away. Hopefully I'll get a refund. read more

had to wait around 15 mins for food in drive thru, didn't get the ranch in the order, ice cream all over the cups, shakes aren't mixed, only was one worker there, forgot one soda. when I went in to use the restroom, (i drank too much root beer from the Kaukauna Kwik Trip) i saw three males in line. went to the bathroom, washed hands and dried, came out not seeing anyone at the tables and the males not in line. went back to the car and saw three cars leaving. honestly the worst BK I've seen in my life. This used to be a pretty good Burger King until about 4 years ago. Their dining room isn't open EVER ! You can't go into order EVER! And Their drive thru is the slowest I've seen. I stopped there this week (for the last time) and ordered a breakfast sandwich, after 15 mins, I drove off. I was the only person in line! I could've sat down at a diner and gotten food faster than that! Not really fast food. Do yourself a favor, drive past the Burger King (if your in a hurry) and pick up a sandwich at the Quik Trip next to it. They're not fantastic but they will do the job. Meh. This location has been here since forever and the quality is always standard fast food nothing special. My burger was warm and a little sloppy. Onion rings were good I always am a fan. We had to wait a long time and no ketchup was in the bag when we asked for it. I only stop here due to convenience and will continue to do that only in need. read more

Absolutely horrible! Ordered grilled chicken sandwich - was dry, over cooked and tasteless. Staff did not know how to clean the soda or condiment area - lids strewn all over, soda sitting in pan under dispensers. Overall YUCK!! Don't stop here - go to Kwik Trip and get something from there instead. read more

Avoid the drive thru! It moves at a snails pace and the staff working the window are mostly unpleasant. Don't EVER expect napkins to be included in your bag because who the heck needs napkins when you eat in your car. The food is what you would expect from Burger King. On the plus side, it's generally hot and somewhat fresh. Best advice is go inside for your food and return to your car, you'll still be faster than the drive thru and have napkins to boot. read more

This place is horrible. I have never had an order served correctly at the drive through. On 6/01/2018 I went through the drive through ordered two cheese burger kids meals with just ketchup on the burgers, 1 #4 & 1 #5 meals. I got to the window and paid, I was then given the bag with the 4 sandwich's. Then I got a second bag and they said thank you and closed the window. We still never got and drinks. My wife checked the second bag and saw we only had 3 containers of fries not 4 like we ordered with the 4 meals. So we sat there until I got their attention to let them know we still needed our drinks and we were missing one order of fries. They apologized and brought me 3 soft drinks. I then explained to them again. I ordered 2 kids meals, a #4 and a #5. I NEED one more drink and still need the missing fry. I was finally given the last soda and then they brought a fry and said they gave a large fry instead of medium because of their mistake. We got down the road my wife went to eat the fries and found several pubic hairs all over the fries. Needless to say if we did not have somewhere to be I would have returned and kicked someone's Ass. We also did not eat any of the other food. We will never eat at this disgusting Burger King again. read more
