I was in line at 8:30 with nobody behind me & was have an issue with my Burger King application which was not giving me a code for a dollar fry. I said please hold on a moment & the young female server was very rude telling me to pull around because they were on a timer. Nobody was behind me. I pulled around & went thru after I thought I got it working but it still did not give me a code. I tried to explain to the male worker i was having an issue & he said I was causing problems & was ignorant. I said excuse me & I was embarrassed for your company that someone would not fire him on the spot. I own 2 successful companies & deal with people everyday. A 20 year old punk saying that to anyone is wrong but especially to a 60 year old who's having an issue with his Burger King application is just horrible business. I will never eat at your store or any other store associated with this chain. I left without ordering or pulling over & causing an issue at your store. Shady practice going on here. Cashier today is asking cars to round up their order to the nearest dollar. If you decline , she gives a very nasty attitude and rude body language. Ann deserves 1 less star than Burger King Center Rd. She alone decided this franchise is totally separated from Burger King and doesn't know almost all Burger Kings are franchises. I went here for 14 years. Today I had a meal card sent to me from Corp because of I once got a really messed up meal. Burger King wants good will so they issue these cards redeemable at any Burger King. The card doesn't say everywhere except where Ann works. Ann doesn't know her owner get reimbursed for these cards and spends thousands per year to benefit from Burger King good will. She also doesn't know this is a violation of their franchise agreement. I stopped by on my 30 min lunch break. It was the only near by fast food. Waited in the drive through for a sold 10 min before the line moved. Ordered a Bacon whopper with No Mayo. Guess what I got? This is a great place to take small children as this has a very nice clean play place. The place is clean and the food is of good quality and temperature. The reason for the two star is the manager that took my order. She was very unwelcoming and almost rude. Inside rarely open or is between certain hours. Understandable since nobody wants to work anymore but not reason for review. Food is NEVER hot. It's like they make the burgers and set them aside until someone orders 1. Then maybe microwave for a few seconds. In order to get your food hot you must request it to be freshly grilled. Ordered an Impossible Whopper with cheese. Message board said 2 slices cheese .60 extra. I asked about it and the girl said yes for 2 slices of cheese its a 60 cent upcharge. I asked, does it normally come with cheese because I don't need extra cheese. She said YES it normally comes with 1 slice of cheese. I said OK then no extra cheese just with the normal slice it comes with. Removed .60 upcharge. Get home, daughter says there is NO cheese on my impossible whopper. UGH. Is everyone this damn stupid? It doesn't matter what time of day, the burgers at this location are always cold. One time after work at 11:30 pm, the cashier told me you need to ask for it to be made fresh, otherwise it comes out of the warmer tray. I said, what is the temp of your warmer tray? Joking of course. Maybe the health dept should take a look because this location's holding temp is about 75 degrees. This is not a recent problem associated with the drive through only Covid work around. This has been going on for a few years now. I only came today because my daughter wanted an Impossible Whopper. One of the worst experiences at a fast food joint I've ever had the misfortune of experiencing. They told me I couldn't add two fries at the window. As a result I circled the establishments to replace my order to include the aforementioned french fries. When I asked for sauce for the fries and other food the manager told me he would have to charge me so I reminded him that he had previously told me they weren't allowed to add at the window. He gave me attitude (probably because I called him out on his nonsensical logic) and threw the bag at me telling me to get lost... it's too bad I can't give negative stars. so I stop at this local Bk at Pearl and Boston road in Brunswick Ohio,while in the drive thru window paying for my order it's raining and the fancy over hang above the window does not keep the rain from being directed into your window when you roll it down to pay for your order,I informed the manager that there is an issue with the amount of rain water coming in to my car while I have the window open to pay for my order she gives me a I don care attitude so I park and go inside to speak to her her face to face about this issue and to put her on notice that if my electrical in that door shorts out because of the excess water from the drive thru window not bring properly screenEd I would be bringing her my repair bill at which time she than decides to get into a confrontation and in the process throws the 'F ' word at me well that didn't go over to well and her little employee decided she would get involved in my conversation which didn't go to well for her either since I had to tell her to shut up and mind your own business the manager than decide to tell me to get out and do not come back so I guess I can't go back to the dump of a resturant with a manager who clearly has some issues. read more

Service is rushed and not friendly at all. The food isn't hot unless you ask them to make it fresh which is ridiculous that you even have to ask and they get annoyed when you do ask. This is the closest fast food place near our house and we like Burger King but after too many times of poor service, will never go there again. Every time we visit this store, we either have to wait forever in the driv-thru line or we constantly get shorted on what we ordered. Gets way to frustrating to have to park the car and go into the restaurant to get the food that I should received in the first place to make it worth my while. Will drive the extra distance to another fast food place until, or if, they ever fix the personnel issues they always seem to have. Doubt that will ever happen though. read more
