I had a bad experience with this location today around lunch time and here's why: A woman, who I believe is a team supervisor, incorrectly took my order today at 12:23 PM. I ordered a double Whopper with cheese only, but when I returned with the Whopper, it had additional ingredients. It needed to be remade according to my request. The woman continued to be rude about the situation, and her behavior was noticeable to both crew members and customers. The individual's behavior was very disrespectful towards me, other customers, and her colleagues. She repeatedly displayed an attitude, loudly claiming I never specified cheese for everyone to hear. Then she went to the area where they pack food for customers and told the hamburger cook that it wasn't her fault for the remake of the double pounder with cheese. I have never encountered such a significant issue with a staff member at a fast-food restaurant until coming here. I am unsure why this staff member was so dramatic about the issue when it was her mistake, not mine as the customer. Other staff members at this Burger King location handle orders correctly without any issues. Other customers approached me and confirmed that I did order a double Whopper with cheese. They were unsure why the lady claimed I didn't and complained about it. One customer mentioned that this issue needs to be addressed by higher management, as her behavior towards me and other customers who witnessed her rudeness was unacceptable. This issue should never have happened on her part, and she never apologized for her rude behavior towards me and other customers waiting to order, waiting for their orders to be taken, and guests eating in the dining area. read more

I ordered via mobile app per usual for a sweet tea and they were busy but the line moved fairly quickly. I get to the window and the young lady asked me if I had a half and half tea. I said no. I had a sweet tea. So she said that's what they told me. I showed her my order and said I'd take it if it was an Arnold Palmer since I hear they are good also. I was really trying to help the situation but she said no it's half sweet half unsweet. I said no I can't drink that. Honestly adding unsweet tea to my sweet tea is like adding water to it to me. She turns around and says why did yall tell me it was half and half prior to remaking the tea. It just was like it was so intense. Girl, relax. This sweet tea is damn good. Clean bathrooms. Courteous staff. Standard food and prices -- and BK has really good "fast food". And yes - crowns are a bonus and bring a smile for young and older. read more

I think this might be my first Burger King review. Stopped in on a Friday afternoon during a road trip. The cashier was friendly and helpful, the food came out pretty quickly, the place was clean the bathrooms were clean, and even the customers there were friendly. That's a full five stars in my book. Stopped off to grab a quick meal and gas on our 14 hour drive back home. Had to go inside because our kayaks were too tall for the drive thru but Service was quick & friendly. Food was fresh and location was new and very clean! For those with kids-they have a HUGE outdoor play area. (We have none but were impressed) read more

I do not eat Burger King, but my husband loves it. He placed an order for a whopper jr, a small fry, and a drink at the drive thru window. The car in front of us had a large order. The order must have been wrong because they backed up and gave it back including the drinks. Once they pulled off, we were the only car at the window, but we waited 10 minutes until my husband decided to go inside to make sure he wouldn't get the food that was returned by the previous car. He had to wait another 10 minutes. I caught a glance of a young man who appeared to be working at a rodeo before his gig at Burger King. The manager should not have allowed anyone to show up as filthy as this young man was. I usually don't complain, but after seeing that same young man spit his chewing tobacco in the trash can in front of the fries several times I had to because he spit the juice onto the fries as well. The "filthy" young man also walked outside several times and returned to the food prep line without washing a finger or putting on gloves. The dining area looked as if it had not been cleaned in 2 weeks. The manager even complained about how dirty it was. I know that help is hard to find in food service, but poor hygiene and spitting tobacco over food should not be tolerated. read more

Super clean, super friendly service, food came out quickly, correctly and perfectly cooked. Seriously thank you for showing my kids that not all fast food workers hate their job. I went to the drive-through today and got a burger while in line a big truck with a trailer came in and parked in the back he couldn't have gone through the drive-through so he walked to the door it was locked he came back walked around to the window and ask about ordering the lady would not take his order so he left when they don't have the dining room open what is a trucker supposed to do a lot of places will take the orders of somebody who cannot come inside because they're driving a big rig I will not be going back to Burger King for a long time truckers are the backbone of delivering the products we have to market. I just left Burger King in Byron. Burger was hard and burnt, low on fries, and wasnt hot. I went around 9:30. I am not sure if they were closing and didn't want to make anything fresh but i was definitely disappointed. read more

We stopped at this location on our drive home to Atlanta from Orlando and k was happy we did. There is a HUGE outdoor play area for kids. It's not the typical either- it's like this huge castle play structure. My 4 year old loved it. He also loved heir .75 cent ice cream cones. What we didn't love...service was slow and somewhat rude. No changing table in this whole place, wtf?? Bathrooms were not clean. Anyway, if you need a break in a long drive I would recommend this place just because the kids can run around for 20 minutes and then they are ready to get back in the car. read more
