She stood there and watched him sign the (wrong) receipt and didn't say a word. We even waited for our friends to check out behind us, and still nothing was said. To my surprise, I get numerous texts today (7/10 ) that my picture is on Facebook and we have been accused of stealing. With this clearly being an accident (you can see all of the mentioned factors in the video) I just think the situation could have been handled much much better.
